11Horrible customer service and ridiculous rules. This company needs new management and the board that runs it needs to get with today's times. They are definitely not a company for the people and do everything in their power to make it hard on the customer. Probably the worst service I've experienced in a long time.
Supposedly they sent out my bill via mail. Never received, I live an extremely busy life with work and kids. If the bill doesn’t hit my mail box or on auto draft it is forgotten. So my wife dug through all of our bills that we file throughout the year. It was not to be found but every other bill was. So I was force to pay $60+ plus fees and reconnect fee. I will be watching every month from now on if I receive the bill. If it’s not coming to my house I will be happy to come to the office and discuss this issue further. The lady in the front office could care less. Sand flat water supply is amazing Lindale rural water is a joke.
My water bill has never been so high and not using much at all and they are claiming we are when we are not. It is nearly $300 and never been over $70. It is ridiculous
$367.00 this month to keep the grass alive? Then you add your own $10.00 convenience fee? Y’all done lost your mind. I’m about to drill a well to the same river y’all feed from
Ladies in the office are very sweet and accommodating to all my needs. They even call me to alert me when my meter is going crazy due to one of my five kids leaving the water on or a leaking toilet. Actually the ONLY water company that I have worked with that goes above and beyond to save water and money! Absolutely love them!
Terrible customer service y’all need a new management to provide better service. Will not recommend to purchase a land or house if y’all gonna have to get water service with this company. Terrible mistake now trying to move so I don’t have to deal with this people.
They are straight trash.they know you have no other option so they can do whatever they want and you have no recourse.
Service is horrible have had water thru them for 7 years and water bill was due on the 15th of January and they turned it off on the 27th of January with no notice at all. The bill was $66.00 and to turn it back on was 119.00. I Spoke with an employee and they said their New General Manager's policy is they don't send out disconnect notices or late notices "Just turn em off is what he tells them. I called the day they turned it off too talk too him and still no returned phone call. My normal water is is between 100 too 140 dollars and the lady also stated they will turn you off for 15.01 dollars is owed on your water bill. Jamie Davlin is useless and customer service is obviously not a priority with his policy not to send out late notices or disconnect notices.
Edited: my original post is down below but I am coming in to edit because I received a called from the general manager, he is fairly new and seems to actually care. He was very apologetic and kind. Fixed the mistake and apologized several times for the miscommunication. He is trying to run a business correctly and is actually concerned about customer relations.
Avoid using them if you can! Women in the office are rude and have no idea what customer service even means. I have no problem with anyone else working there but the women in the office need either be taught how to handle people or be let go.
This office has horrible customer service principles. I was told that the supervisors will not speak to customers. What? I was also told they will not do any paperwork after 4: 30pm. It was 4: 40pm the office does not close until 5pm. I do hate to inconvenience anyone, however I was simply asking for common courtesy.
Threatened to turn water off if I didn’t sign an easement contract today 11/19/19. I have been paying the water bill electronically since Sep ‘19. Closed on home Jul ‘19 where seller rented property and paid utilities until I took over payment. I picked up utilities electronically in Sep. Only had problems with LRWS. The property sat empty for 2+ months (Part of Sep, Oct, 2 weeks in Nov), All utilities paid on time.
