I see no point of bad reviews for this place but, every person is entitle to his/her views and opinions.and, it's normal to daydream, have bad day, or nightmares.

This place, from the security, shipping & receiving, Forklift drivers who come to you to open doors and lock your trailer, are polite, informative, and professional.

I was just disappointed with my broker who gave me appointment that is not even the opening time.

My App was 2230 (10: 30pm) The security informed me of the situation, and staged me on the gateside till time. I was 40 minutes early.

Finally when it was time, i checked in signed to a door, and got loaded in blink of an eye.

As a person who reads reviews before going to places to know what to expect, i was skeptical because of one of the bad reviews as yu can see few of them not ruling in favor of this wonderful place.

I raised the trailer demage issue with them and they said that drivers are careless about their equipments,

so they will come with trailers that are already damaged expecting other shippers to take responsibility. Because they don't know where it happened from.this place takes pictures before loading your trucks.

I have a habit of taking pictures of inside of my trailer every pickup you should do so, for the safety of your equipment.

It's known that some drivers are close doors and drive, unless they have some cleaning to do.

I got here a day early and was told to come back tomorrow 2 hours before my appointment time. I wasted a day of my life sitting at the truck stop burning reefer fuel which cost me 62 dollars out of my own pocket. Fuel city is a nice truck stop

You can check in 2 hours before your appointment. I had a delivery and was unloaded in less than 2 hours. Friendly staff.

Restroom amenities, we arrived early they gave us a door allowing us to sleep.

As well, the receiver for this load said they dropped product and rewrapped it. Which doesn’t directly effect driver but depending on location. And if a lumper fee is required, this will become an additional charged.

No o/n parking. 2 stars for the security lady but the rest 0 stars. This fat lady at the receiving office, I think management should plant some 2 CCTV cameras to help them understand better on what’s going on. This lady will make herself busy doing nothing just moving from one coner to another. I stood there watching her for 20 minutes just to be told go back and come back after 1hr. Surely? After 1 hr she gave me a door. After docking someone blasted my door with a feast just to get me out and disconnect the red line for him to put a lock. Ridiculous people everywhere.

Early morning Check in left alot. She was almost so slow that she was moving backwards. Told me to check-in at 2: 30 but went on 30 min lunch at 2: 15

First time. Arrived @ 800 for 830 pu appr. Got a door right away. Loaded by 945. Out by 1025. Office person is PRO & helpful. Just fill the form @ check in. Highly recommend this facility.

The most Nasty shipping receiving place I ever seen. Any driver should Avoid this place. By any means they try
Charge u late fee 30 minute late more than $300 but they hold u 5 - 6 hrs no detention they are extremely rude unprofessional!

Lazy employees in the check in windows who think they know better than the drivers and anyone else. They look at us drivers like we are here to bother them. When you go to the check in desk they don’t even have enough employees to get the job done. So if you want to be late this facility will surely make that happen for you. Good luck y’all.

Why so many bad reviews? Nothing but politeness here.people work hard just like everyone else.going from freezing to hot just like us.dealing with all kinds of people just like us. Not every day runs smooth, us trucker know what that's like.
Just like construction workers give them a break.be kind.

The reviews were half right for me. Guards on in to check-in were smooth. My load, however. Short product, so let's load another product that will make up for the short product. Didn't tell me or notify the receiver. Still got a claim for the short product. The pallet extra pallet they sent wasn't even on the bills. Had to sit for 34 hours. To wait on Nestle to respond. If you are short product you are short. There is so much food waste in this industry. This is the second time our of this lineage, and both have had claims for short or over product. I know you can do better. It's a waste of food and driver time when there are errors and time wasted for you guys, too.

Very easy to check in, plenty of space to maneuver, the woman that gave my door to get loaded was very helpful

Terrible place 10 hours they do not respect the appointment or value your time do not come

Picked up here 5-30-23. Had a 10: 30 appointment. Check in at gate at 08: 30 checked of gate at 11: 00. No problem for me. I noticed the biggest issue is some drivers don't have all the info needed to check in

They pushed pallets along the walls and tried to sneak extra weight on my load. The broker paid extra for the additional weight, but lineage didn't even let me know the damaged my reefer wall.

Avoid if possible. They load and unload quickly but getting in and out of this location is rough, getting checked in will take at least an hour and no overnight parking

Appt 9: 30am. Checked in at 7: 30, empty by 8: 30. I mean, does it get any better than that? Been here before a few times. They’ve always been quick and easy. Great staff as well!

Great place got there and the Boss Lady checked me in she was one of the nicest people I've ever met. Took them about a hr I was loaded and back at the gate and the gate guards were helpful and very friendly this lineage is hands down one of the best if you want to experience a bad one go to Fort Worth.
