They got me in and out not a problem full load. Wish all the shippers and receivers could do as well.

Some of the ladies behind the window have the worst attitudes you'd ever want to encounter. The loaders and dock foreman are generally professional and courteous. They have one restroom and vending inside. 2miles from truck stop.

This place was great arrived at midnight they said I wasn't scheduled till 6: 30 but they took me anyway and got me unloaded super quick and I was out of there in less than an hour and a half

Cool older man at night in guard shack. Speaks Spanish and very little english. Did a drop and hook. In and out in no time.

Never put a review before your experience on place, why? Because before i get here, i made sure to read reviews to be aware of where i was heading. Some of are negative for different reasons but i am here getting unloaded, this people are very professional not only that but, they also earned my respect.

It is a luck day. Checked in at 10: 30 am for 13: 00 appt.loaded and out of gate by 13: 30 pm. Love it

By far the best Lineage facility nationwide. Easy parking and docking. The best part are the receiving ladies. Awesome and friendly ppl. Special tanks to Laurie with friendly personality and customer service.
And BTW, don't freak out if you hear the Owl sound on your way to the receiving office!

For overnight parking you could park on the side of the road you could check in pretty much anytime as long as you're early and they will unload you my appointment time was at 8 in the morning I got there at 1: 30 in the morning and they had me unloaded by 2: 30 in the morning there was no lumper fee they unloaded me quick and was on my way

Showed up about 45mins early for my appt and got a door right away, and then when I was done the guy who removed the gladhand lock said they'd be calling me "shortly" it took over 3 hours for them to call me which ran my clock out and screwed me on my next load and parking as you can't find parking anywhere close after about 1700 let alone 2200 when i finally got out of there. Never going to bring a load here and I would recommend you don't either.

Bad place all overall in usa lineage logistics this place apt 1: 30pm right now 8: 30pm not give the paper work employees not like work just waste time for drivers

All the horror stories are true. Come with a full reefer just to be safe. Also people touch your butt here when you wait for paper work

Don’t come here. Arrived here at 3: 00 Appointment at 5: 30 still waiting for my paperwork at 9: 30. This place is worthless as everyone says it is. Lazy people and no sense of urgency.

If you let to pick a load they will charge you late fee,
On their side it is legitimate to wait 6: 30 hours!

Driver's unfriendly place! Make you loose your work day. 6 hours trying to get loaded, an counting! TRASH!
I don't know how reading all the bad comments they don't even TRY to fix the problem. Very disappointed!

Ya know.when the smartest person in the company has down syndrome youre screwed.
If you love yourself.or even like yourself dont come here. 11 hours and counting. Some messed up procedures round here.

I’ve been here often. Some days I’m in and out and some days I’m there all day. I’ve met friendly staff and not so friendly. So it’s a risk. You never know.

This was my second time at this facility and knowing that they are busy I arrived 2 hours early for a 3: 30 appointment. I was not released until 8: 20. The actual unloading only took about an hour.

Never fails mostly every Lineage is a P. O. S, the shipping and receiving are very careless of the drivers who are checking in. No type of respect towards anyone, appointment is at 7: 30pm and it's 9: 30pm still no door yet. I should have known better then to pick up at this dump!
UPDATE: it's 10: 50pm finally bumped a dock. Let's see how long it take to load.

FINAL UPDATE: Got paper work at 2: 14am, drivers be careful of coming to this place.

First time there 1-24-18 were fast at check-in and guard shack. Is a drop and hook location for me.

This place is full of lazy, unprofessional people. Been here for five hours for a 10,000 lb load. Went inside a couple times and theyre all just sitting around being lazy. They lost some other guys papers who was here for nearly ten hours. Bunch of morons
