My parents have had this insurance since 2000 my dad passed away in 2015, my mom is now 81 yrs old and her house needs foundation repair but the claim was denied. And Lisa ybarbo is not helpful at all, bad customer service. She never calls back or emails and.after 20 years of being a loyal customer she suggested that my mom could easily find another insurance company

They drop my policy they sent me a notice in the mail told me to find another insurance company by January 2 2021 and there explanation was that they didn't have much information about me like what i went to state farm agency fill out everything there explanation didn't make sense to me and they wont even answer there phone when i call.
