Quality of food has not been that good. Establishment has become too Commercialization. No longer is it about the customers. Over priced!

Anything else anything else anything else. Yes please just listen to order. Hand me drink with lid not secured and wet on outside. Would you want to grab that and sit in your cup holder? Just hand bag out window. No silverware napkins just food in bag.

I told the cashier that I wanted 3-piece dark, all thighs, with no pepper, and. Large sweet tea. I went back up to the counter and they had my order wrong. Ot was a good think I did, because I almost got a 3 piece mixed. The cashier came off as rude, and was giving me dirty looks, and she was the one who pot the order in wrong. Furthermore, there was a lot of cursing going on in front of the customers, and I don't think the manager was doing anything to correct her and her language.

Always good good I get the same thing Catfish nuggets. Only complaint is the nuggets could be a little bigger for that price. Other than that all good

Today at 10: 40 I order 10 legs -I get 10 mixed dark. Chicken is full of salt. Taste like it was brined and not washed off. I also ordered 10 pc fish nuggets (trash) just scraps of fish just the tips of thin cut fish. I ask for 2 cocktail sauce. Cashier gave it to me as I'm leaving the other red shirt guy says I owe a dollar. Man pleeeese keep this spoonful of cocktail ketchup. I handed it back.it's not that Lisa's wasnt great the cost was good compared to the other chicken houses and I understand the price of everything has increased.but in my opinion to take advantage of people to price gouge the people that support you.your becoming a part of the problem and the quality of the food you serve has declined.

Never dissatisfied or disappointed because Food is always Fresh and Hot service always with a smile and the prices well definitely worth every dollar and cent!

Went through the drive thru for a 25pc tender meal.and family fry.the chicken is extremely bland and if I'm paying $13+ for fries the least they could be is fresh. I had to circle back for the fries as it was (I simply forgot to order) but both times the lady at the window could hardly talk cause she was eating and when asking for ketchup she gave a generous amount but seemed like I was asking for too much for requesting a bag for it instead of having them all lose.will not be returning

Cleaning tables with Windex don't kill germs,

The food is Real good. The fried chicken. Is always extremely good. There Corn on the cob. I usually absolutely delicious. On occasion it isn't fantastic! There french fries. Are always good. There chicken fried steak dinners are always delicious and fantastic. There pork chop dinner iis delicious. I love it. I also love there gizzards The batter they use on them is different. But extremely delicious. I love them. I would love to make a suggestion to them. To see if they would consider making a spicy chicken rice dish.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO GO EAT THERE BECAUSE THEY DON'T SERVE YOU FRESH FOOD I ASKED FOR A FRIED FISH FILLET AND ALL WHAT THEY GAVE ME WAS LIKE 5 HOURS COOKED FRIED FISH FILLET.

Went through the drive-thru to order. The woman on the other end kept cutting us off with the total before we were finished ordering. Then, when we got to the window, the order was only half right. My suggestion is to just hush until the customer stops talking. Not a very pleasant first time visit. The food certainly isn't worth the aggravation. Most likely won't be back.

This location has great chicken. If possible don't go through the drive thru. The wait in drive thru is horrible and for no reason. Just go in and order. Otherwise wait in drive thru for 30 min.
