14Terrible customer service. Agent Adrian Nino talked down to me and pretended he knew better than an electrician. Kept repeating the same troubleshooting steps and refused to send a replacement part despite the recommendation of an electrician. Replaced the part myself and it worked. They just didn't want to bear the cost or uphold warranty on their harbor breeze fan. Adrian and this company are the worst.
Company will not service their own products and their customer service representative are rude. I will never buy another product from them and advise everyone else to spend their money elsewhere
Horrible tech support. Truly a waste of time as they read their responses. On my 4th transformer for outdoor string lights within a 3yr period. Do not recommend their brand through Lowes
We bought two outside fans for our patio 22 years ago.they are still running strong but have rusted so we are getting ready to replace them. Simply amazed at this product. Definitely recommend!

Because I had to remove TWELVE of them, I felt the urge to report that the bar code stickers inside the glass globes you sell are ridiculously difficult to remove! They were not water soluble; they were glued on with some sort of permanent glue base. We had to carefully scrape each sticker with fingernails, then remove the residual glue with WD40, then wash with Dawn dishwashing liquid to remove the oily residue. Come on, now! Do the stickers need to be so permanently attached?
This company doesn't even have a working website. I bought $275 of their projects from Lowes with a 3 year warranty. The cheap remote control no longer works so the product is useless. Lowes with not take this product back with a Return Auth Number from Litex. I guess I'll call them during business hours and see what they say if they answer. What great customer service, not.
Lowe's sent me to Litex for support. I have called every phone number Lowe's gave me and that I can find online and it either can't be completed or no one answers.

I bought two Harbor Breeze Hydra 70-in Brushed Nickel Indoor Ceiling fans, item #883783, model #41371. I’m in a full remodel and have contractors installing everything. The fan puts out great air. Unless you like sleeping under a full moon, do not buy this fan. The light will not fully go off unless the fan is off. We love the fan, hate the light. Now we have to not only pay the install, but take it down, hopefully get our money back to buy a fan with a light that goes off (we thought all lights go off on all fans). My question is, why make a fan where the light doesn’t go off and if you meant this, why don’t you make it clear before we spend $200 plus on a fan?
In 2006 we installed a Harbour Breeze ceiling fan in an outdoor location at our home. This year the fan would not turn on and I removed the fan to try and fix it. After finding the installation guide I called and the stated the probable cause and stated the parts would be here in 7 to 10 days. They arrived in 7 days at no cost. After installing the new fan switch and starting capacitor the fan is working great. Thanks for the guidance and service.
Called to find a harbor breeze part for my fan and due to the long 1-2 month backorder and the hassle of trying to find the item outside the company. They sent me the part for free. I was so surprised I had to write my first review ever for any company. They made me a customer for life.

Excellent Customer Service! We ordered a fan blade arm for an old 2011 ceiling fan in our home! It was here two days later, and it was the EXACT part we needed, and that we couldn't find anywhere else! In the future, I will continue to buy Litex products, because excellent customer service may be long gone at most companies, but not at Litex! Thank you very much for your helpfulness!
