Lithia Toyota Of Abilene

Usually my visits to Lithia Toyota are for scheduled service appointments, but when I drove up unannounced after my car had failed to start (and was jump-started by a highway patrolman), David assured me that he would find the problem. After fast, friendly service and a new battery, I was on my way again. It is reassuring to know that you are there with help when I need it. Thank you!

This first time that i bought car over phone and experience was wonderful this is our second time using Patrick Z. He is easy and pleasure not pushy when telling you what your getting with vehicle and warranty. We let him know when its time get serviced he sets it up and service department makes easy get car maintained. He only salesmen we use when buying our vehicles. This dealership is one we love to use we had such great experience here.

Had my vehicle brought in for some service, and the entire service department was great. My service advisor, David, went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. He also let me know what services I needed and didn’t need, thus saving me from doing anything I didn’t need.

I came in to Toyota of Abilene to get an oil change. There was a recall on my 4 runner for air bags. Kept my car to repair and gave me a loaner till ready. David was so very helpful and everyone was so nice.
