Little Caesars Pizza reviews
19Ridiculously unorganized. They give you attitude whenever you question them on anything especially when the question is why you've been waiting 40 mins for two pepperoni pizzas and all the people that were in the drive thru behind you (just getting pepperoni) were all served. This place needs a complete overhaul of everything.
I’ve worked for pizza places before and I would never let a pizza that looked like this leave my restaurant, it also had a hair on it that you can see towards the bottom
One of the worst little caesar's in the city gave them a second chance after bad experience before but now its worse. Went in, placed my order, waited a good long time, only to find out they didnt even put in my pizza. To fix the problem i was given complimentary wings when my pizza finally came out, to later find out at home they smelled old never again to this place.
The bread sticks ain’t even bread sticks. They forgot the bread and gave us just the sticks. Smh
Customer service is at its worst. The management need some proper training as to get the team on track with sense of urgency as in efficiency.
I paid for a pepperoni pizza WITH cheese but all I got was a dry piece of cardboard with cheese missing from several slices. Don't tell me they didn't notice.
The workers had masks on, but did not cover their noses, I asked them to, because I observed them making pizzas in this manner, when my order was ready it was tossed CV on the counter and the server had an attitude Upon leaving, they pulled their masks back down. Not a good experience, theyneed retraining or at lleast something said to them.
It's hit or miss on getting a quick pizza other than pepperoni through the drive thru but the taste and the price most of the times is worth it. I usually call ahead for pick up so I absolutely know I'll get what i want sense most other pizzas never seems to be available if randomly ordered through drive thru. I felt like a year or two back this place had more than just the basic pepperoni hot and ready. Lately anytime I ask what's available in their warmers all there is is plain pepperoni. This place has saved me more than once for a good deal on last minute dinners though.
The times I have gone inside it looks clean and the staff is always moving around making sure to do things. Every time I have gone in to pick up an order the pizza has come out hot and perfect. Through the drive through though I have had a few times where the pizza look like it sat a little too long in the warmer. Though I like little Caesars, the pizza is not "left over" worthy. Best to eat what you can and toss what's left. It does not heat up as good the next day even in a small conventional oven.
Ok service. Too slow. The one on Ingram faster. But the thin pepperoni pizza fabulous and tasty and enough sauce
Theres a reason this place has a low rating. The employees are very uneducated & havr no customer service skills at all. Claim to have 3 managers on duty yet no one will address a simple issue. One just stared at the screen & ignored me. The most unprofessional employees I've ever seen. Don't forget with us you have no job!
BEWARE! This location houses theifs. An employee of Little Caesars came into my place of work and stole from me. He admitted to doing so and continued to ignore my attempts to reach out to him. Upon contacting authorities he continued to ignore us. We then entered the establishment to confront the young man who wasn't around. We asked for him by name the management admitted to having known the situation but did nothing about the situation. The management allowed him to keep our job and offered no attempt to right the wrong. The employee is known as Gabriel Martinez
The staff including the mamagyare nothing but uneducated kids with no respect. This pizza sucks & the staff who make it do not care if it does. Nasty ghetto pizza with a staff of ghetto workers. Hot & ready doesn't mean wait 10 minutes. What else do you expect when dumb kids work here.
Good cheap pizza and bread/cheese sticks. Service, even for a fresh pie, is quick and hassle free for the most part.
Waited for 30 mins + for my order. Wasn't told before I paid that it was going to be a wait until I got my order. Won't go here again.
Best Place To Come Too, Great Service, Awesome Employees, Team Work At It's Finest! We Try To Keep Our Customers Happy & Satisfied!
I go here often. I always have to wait for my hot and ready. And every time I go there is always something wrong. I have gotten free pizza. But that's not the point. I would like to go get my pizza and go home.
Girl working the window was very rude towards us and was talking disrespectfully about other customers because it was near closing time. Will not be visiting the restaurant again
I was pleasantly surprised with the "extra most bestest pizza", still cheap but extra toppings make it better.
