Little Caesars Pizza, El Paso TX

Raw stuffed cheese sticks, not the first time it happens and to top it off really bad costumer service.never coming back.

The pizza was so sloppy, the crust was falling apart and wasn't even cooked all the way, the staff kept playing around in the back and cussing as if customers were not waiting in the front to order. Had to wait 5 min for someone to finally acknowledge us. This is by far the worst location I have ever been to and will not be returning to this location again.

Would have been 5 stars if they had the regular hot n ready pizzas available instead of only the 6 dollar kind. Customer service was friendly though! And pizza was delicious.

The new thin pepperoni pizza is great. Not too much dough. Now the only issue is have it ready and not having to wait for it. Ordering ahead is not always possible. It's suppose to be ready right? Little Caesar's pledge? Or Not?

Stopped by this morning at 10: 45am. My daughter asked to pick up some pizzas for her classmates & herself to celebrate in school along with cupcakes. Walked in & asked how many slices come in a large pizza? For the record its 8 slices. So I was doing the math & ordered 3 $5 classics. I mentioned to the cashier, I hope I ordered enough. I assumed she wasn't paying attention. She informed me it was 10 minutes for hot & fresh pizzas since they just opened. I didn't mind. When the pizzas were ready & before cutting the pizzas she same cashier asked if the pizzas were for kids or adults and said she could double cut them. I asked to have double cut & was happy that she was paying attention. If it was some other person most likely they would not have cared. That's Good Customer Service right there. Wish I got her name. She deserves to be recognized as a employee going beyond. Also I wish I had taken a pic of the perfect size cuts for 3rd grade kids. It was plenty *& my daughter and classmates were happy as well

Poor service and no pizza ready. Not having any pizza ready to take was disappointing, but it can be understandable on a Sunday afternoon in the third week of NFL football. The worst part of my experience was the service. It almost seemed like the sassy obnoxious girl found great joy in letting me know there weren't any pizzas and that I would have to wait 20 minutes for my pizzas and wings. When your known as the hot n ready pizza place this wasn't good.

At no point did the employee or the manager offer an apology for the inconvenience or offer a drink while I waited. I ordered the so called "most bestest pizza" to ensure that I have enough cheese and pepperoni on the pizza, but instead I get a pizza which looks like they're regular hot n ready.

An apology would have gone a long way or atleast giving me what I ordered would have been nice.

I wanted a Classic pizza and ended up paying x a Hot n Ready because classic pizza s now have to b ordered in advance so we pay an extra $1 now if Classic Not in advance

Good place for pizza had to wait a little bit but it was ok i don't why people like Peter piper pizza do not like the sauce its terrible but these guys are pretty good and for 5 dlls why not i bought 6 we had some people back at the office

I've come here multiple times, it is right up the street from my work. If you want a 5 dollar pizza don't come to this location because they always say it will be 10 to 12 minutes and try to sell you the 6 dollar pizza, not once have they had a 5 dollar one ready like all the other places. It's the only Little Caesars I've seen do this. Trying to make more money and get bonuses or something?

I placed today an order at 2.41pm id 4.00pm pizza was not ready.
Been buying pizza here for long tine ago never hv problems, last week online thus weekend by phone something is wrong in there.
Have to go to pizza hut.

If I could give 4 1/2 stars this location would get this rating. The only reason is that they get really busy and that causes a waiting time that's why not 5 stars. Maybe more employees are needed at peak times? Otherwise employees are professional exceptional customer service and pizzas are fresh for the most part. Maybe if using the app for the first time could come with a deal or something like free crazy bread or soda.etc people will be more inclined to use it. I love this location!

Waited in line 10 minutes 3 customers ahead of us order had to wait about 5 or 7 more minutes to get the pizza. Lady came in she said she ordered online so she got the pizza that came out that we were, waiting for. They said she order on line so she get the pizza frist. She could order from the car. Or called it in and drove there. Left me wondering next time I'll call in the parking lot before I go in so I can get the 5 dollars pizza, before they people that waited before me. Something seem wrong. Poor customer service.there were two cash registers. I one girl at the front could have could of use some help to more things along. There were 4 people working at the time.

Great customer service from the manager. There was a mix up with our order, through the "portal pick up, " the manager straightened everything out and took care of the issue. The pizza was okay, only because it was missing some cheese and we had paid for extra cheese until we got home and had noticed, then. Overall, great customer service!

They take forever to make a pizza! They tell you it's ten minutes and I waited half an hour! Such bull!

The locker number I got from the app didn't work. And the kids working were not very efficient. The pretzel pizza was different but good and of course the pizza was warm despite the wait.

This place gives you old pizza, that’s why I ask for a fresh made pizza. Also they have recently started to make the pizzas without the crunchy bottom. The pizza is all soft and soggy. This management is incompetent.

They did not have any of the $5.00 and I didn't want the $6.00. So they had to make more, when I told her I would wait she seemed bothered. I was waiting inside for 5 minutes and a gentleman walked in and asked if I was waiting too. He said he had been waiting 10 minutes and just ended up getting the $6.00 pizzas instead. I waited 10 more minutes and the pizzas were ready.

Hot and ready is non existent at this location doesn't matter what day or time. Might as well order one for delivery if you have to wait 20 minutes

If you want to get a classic these guys are quick but don't deviate from that. They will make you wait 25 min if you ask for a different pizza. Only reason that made me mad was cuz they told me 10 min and it took them 25.

The pizzas are good but the guy handles the money and doesn't wash his hands and continues to handle the pizzas
