Little Caesars Pizza, Houston TX

So bad service, I am call for place order and when pick up it the order is not ready, very slow service, take 30 minutes just for one pepperoni pizza

Past CPL times have been verry slow a 20 min wait on 2 hot n readys I'll go to the other location on kempwood and gessner those guys fast

I was with some friends today, and we stopped by this location on our way to the thrift store because we were hungry, and I must say I was both surprised and happy. My experience here today was great, and from what I experienced at this location today this location gets 5 stars.
I eat pizza quite regularly but the pizza from here was different and in a great way. I don't think I ever have visited Little Caesars before, so I wasn't sure what I was expecting.
It was the way the pizza looked, the way it tasted. It was cheesy & cooked just right. Usually I am upset because a pizza place has skimped me on ingredients, but this place you can tell they took pride in making a great pizza. The employees too were great. They were not rude, you could tell they took what they were doing serious. I don't know if all the locations can pull this off or if this was a one time experience, but it has drawn me in to where I will be making future trips here in the future. They gained 1 more customer to their list.

Maybe if they didnt have loud music while making pizza they would answer there phones! I dont think this owner even cares about his business. I’m updating my review, again like always they don’t answer the phones, if they answered and placed orders ahead of time maybe they wouldn’t have so many people waiting for their pizzas all the time, terrible management

I love Little Caesar's pizza but I have to be honest, if it wasn't for Irma I would not go to this location. Irma has been there for years and is still only an assistant manager.
She is the only one there that seems to know what she's doing. She always makes my pizza for me personally and it is perfect every time she makes it!
They really need to give her the store manager position, she is a rock star!

Pizza and breadsticks were fine but order for the pizzas were completely wrong. When I ask for light sauce I don't mean make a regular pizza, I mean light sauce.

They are unfriendly.no pizza is ready. One end of this neighborhood is really great. Then you come to this area hood.i can sat this. I am from the hood.i know exactly what hood look like.

You get what you pay for.the ladies could be more professional though.lots of senseless chatter, bickering & cursing among the staff

Stood in line with three people behind the counter not taking orders who were waiting on one woman who seems to be the only cashier to finish her smoke break.

Horrible place, don't pay with debit, they going to stole your money! This place deserve -1,000 stars

We drove out of way, we was hungry, didn’t want to wait until we got back on our side of town. The store wasn’t clean. Not hot and ready, we wait for a long time, and then got told they couldn’t do our order due to not having something in stock

They never answer the phone & pizza's too greasy & always got hair inside the pizza & dont even try to go there I dont recommend this little caesars at all. Please them people do not know how to do their job right.

I’ve never had much of an issue with this location. I mean yea sometimes they forgot to give me a dip or something but nothing crazy. Til today. I got my pizza. Ordered it on the mobile app (as I have done on 3 other occasions). Didn’t even think about it, just grabbed my pizza, breadsticks, drink and left as I was in a hurry.

Got in my car and got home. Which took me about 5 mins to do. Went to pick up the pizza out of my front seat and the whole seat was wet. The bottom of the box was soggy. THE PIZZA WAS RAW. The entire center of the pizza is all raw dough (only the “crust” was partially cooked.) The toppings were COLD and the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way. To top it off, the pizza wasn’t even the right ingredients, that I’d asked for.

Can we PLEASE pay better attention to detail (the online order was pretty clean cut and to the point as far as ingredients and I mean.a RAW pizza? ! That’s common sense.) ?

All I can say is I won’t be going to this location again and I’m glad I at least got some bread sticks.they were cooked and since I had to throw the pizza out, I at least had bread to eat.

This place is horrible they have rude employees name breanna shannon. She be talk dirty always late on making people pizza. Then u have the main boss name Glenn McDonald who do nothing about the employees. Making the store even more badder. They have no respect for there employees or there customers. Im going to call cooperate on them. I would not recommend no one to eat there. They always using old dough to make the pizzas and then they have roaches and flys in there. So whatever u do not go to that location. Somebody need to call the health department on them and close them down.

Right now I am waiting in a line that has not been gotten there over placed! I am expecting a fast 2 pizzas fresh so having to wait for fresh pizza and in a line which staff are making noise in the back dropping pizza pans used or not used.maybe I will come another day to experience a better customer service

They never answer the phone, I literally dial the phone about 20 times to place and order for pick up and nobody answers the phone. I like the pizza but it's not professional to have no one answer the customers calls.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Today I ordered online at 9: 15pm, supposedly my order was supposed to be ready at 9: 35 pm, we were waiting until 9: 59 pm, when I asked, for the manager, because, 3 workers were doing nothing, just talking and only 1 person was working with the orders and costumers, I asked for the manager, and is one of the person was talking and doing nothing, she got angry because I complained, and asked me if I wanted a refund, of course that I said "YES", at that time I didn't want anything. When I told her that I ordered online she said "NO".
This happened at location on 8100 Long Point Rd.
SO, my rating is a 0 stars!
