Little Caesars Pizza, Houston TX

I was hung up on after being on hold for 20 minutes. Then tried repeatedly and no one ever answered the phone!

Management let's it's employees down here. Severely understaffed. Wait 5 minutes at counter to even be acknowledged. Absolutely no Hot and Ready as advertised available.
Staff is working hard and are making a great effort but there isn't enough of them to run this location and I have never seen a manager here. Ever. Fire the manager and get the staff up to par.

Poor service the staff did not even answer the phone took a long time with my order. Just a Shane i have to drive to the north side for pizza.

Very disappointed on the quality of pizza this location has the nerve to hand out. This pizza is so hard. This location should be ashamed to even serve this. Also asked for Buffalo wings and all I got was wings without any sauce. Their customer service at the counter was horrible.

Horrible. I had to wait 30 minutes for crazy bread and it was burnt. My pizza was dried out. Manager customer service was nasty.

My pizza was horrible. Way too much butter. It was dropping off each piece and pooling in the plate I had served it on. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE

Im a regular, staff is nice however they are always short staff or they soo busy they need to hire new staff. Slow service most of the time. I highly recommend to use online and pick with code. If not you will be waiting. Pizza's are good tho

One hour for one pizza and the employees using there phones and using bad language in front of costumer's

I orderd pizza yesterday at 6.25 and came at 8pm the uber almost deoped my pizza and she wasn't wearing gloves and face mask and the pizza was so cold i had to preheat it and my grandma didnt like it eather the pineapple was like to brown.

Terrible pizza. It was dry with barely any sauce on it. They were going so slow making the pizza that i was just ready to go without checking the box first.
