Little Caesars Pizza, Irving TX

Great menu, something for everyone! No wait time. Staff was fantastic with my 3 year old, which is a huge deciding factor for me to visit a pizza spot.

If u call to order they hang up the telephone and i ask them why they hang up there phone they said they dont accept call for orders

Be careful if you order late because they'll sell your pizzas to someone else, like I order at 7: 45pm I assume and they told my brother no since they sold our pizzas then claim they were closing. They close at 8: 30 and it was 8: 03, I'll find another little ceasers.

For the most part they have no pizzas ready when it's supposed to be ready you're supposed to be able to walk in and purchase a pepperoni pizza and have it ready at that moment and trust me this store does not have anything ready

As soon as i walked in i noticed a lady in the back making the pizza with her BARE HANDS.so nasty. Will never eat at this location.very unsanitary

If I could give it 10 stars I would, the new management rocks! && on top of that now it’s clean! Very sanitary! New manager their and love itttt! Better than ever!

Pizza was bad quality soggy and only had 4 slices! Dough wasn’t even cooked all the way.if i could give it a 0 star i would.

I did not care for this particular one. One of the employees was filthy. Had on khaki shorts that were all dirty in the front and did not look like they had been washed in days. He also looked the same. The girl at the counter spent her time playing on her phone. We ordered on the app and they just started pizzas at the time they were supposed to be done. We will not use this one again. Oh and pulling up and seeing two huge dumpsters filled with trash should have been our first indication.

Came at 9: 24 door was locked guy let’s me in.
Lady asks me if have an order “no I’d like a hot n ready”

then explains that they’re closed I ask what time she say, I don’t know now.

I then ask, “what time do you close so that I can come back at the appropriate time”

She says idk we’re closed right now.

Online says 10pm like most others in the area.

Rude.

The service is not good, and they completely messed up my order.
When I arrived the place was completely empty and the employees were just walking around, I had tried to place my order by phone several times but they never answered. Very frustrating experience at this location!

EDIT: The manager was very apologetic and accommodating and corrected my issue and I got a full refund. The manager is trying his best to run a business and I appreciate it. I’ve changed my 1 star review to a 4 star only because the manager was gracious enough to reach out to me and correct the problem. Thank you!

Would give zero stars if the option were available. I placed an order on the app at 6: 40pm and was sent an email claiming my pizza was ready but I had to go to the counter instead of the pizza portal to retrieve it. I arrive to the store locked and the staff closing shop. I waited by the locked door and someone came and I was told I would get a refund but wasn’t given one at the store. I wasn’t told how to get one via the app either. I was instead shooed away because they didn’t want to deal with me and I paid $10.81 for nothing. They never answer the phone for me to take care of this issue, so I’ll have to go up there in person. I work 6 days a week and now have to carve time out of my busy schedule to demand my money back from this business and it’s incompetent workers. This is pathetic. Not how you run a successful business. I will never return, will be deleting the app and WILL get my damn refund. Asinine.

Very good place the restaurant looked ok and sanitized, the staff is nice and kind food quality not that bad I would recommend this place.
