Little Caesars Pizza, El Paso TX

If your wanting Hot-N-Ready pizza, don't come here. Took 20 minutes to get 2 pizzas. And when you ask for a $5 pizza, they always say they don't have any ready but are quick to upset you to the next one. Pathetic. Dyer location so much better

I played it safe. Arrived about 5 minutes after the window time to ensure they had time to get it ready for it to be picked up. Was told to go park in front. Sat for literally, not figuratively 15 minutes. Figured something had to be wrong as literally a dozen or so cars were served in the same period. Called they said "OH well it is ready but we forgot which car you were in so. " and that's almost verbatim what they said about it. Black truck. I drive a black truck. Then they brought me the pizza and I had to remind them that it was supposed to have crazy bread AND a Pepsi that weren't brought to me. No thank you, no sorry for the wait. Nothing. I try to be patient I really do, but if you "forgot" what vehicle I was in, surely a stroll around the front of the store asking people would have been the correct way to find me I don't know call me crazy. My wife placed the order here even though there is a closer store that was just built. IF I ever get LC again I promise you it won't be here. PROMISE. And I know, I know, who gives a s#%& about one customer but I don't care this is review worthy.

If it wasn't for the cheap pizza I would never come here again. They upsell you without telling you. Looking at my recite to find items I did not purchase.

There good and fast and friendly here. For what they are fast and ready, instead of hot and ready, i reccomend ordering online and then pick it up, to me its better and fresher and hot when u get it

The worst Customer Service! Ordered two pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust. Drive- thru employee told me to wait in parking space number three and would take ten minutes. Waited close to 40 minutes in 106 degree weather due to employees giving my pizzas away to other customers and forgot about my order. Spoke with the manager as he brought the pizzas to me. The manager shifts blame and lies about giving the pizzas away and forgetting about my order. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Female employees on their phones. Pizzas were not cooked correctly.

Just left the place with no food because the customer service was garbage. They tell me that there’s a 7 minute wait on the pizza I ordered. I waited 25 minutes, no head ups nor a sorry. Only good thing is they gave me my refund.

Ok besides having to wait a little bit after the estimated time my pizza would be completed.

Update 5/15/21: Was handed a pizza box with grease on the top and the pizza turned over inside the box. Someone from management needs to reply to this review.

This little Caesars pizza needs to improve on waiting time because I was waiting more than 30 minutes for two pizza and new to update the speaker can't hear the people working on dive through

I walked over there, have no car yet nor credit card (which im not getting anytime soon, can't trust myself with that power). The blonde glasses woman I had talked to was sweet. So, hopefully, they're kind when you visit. Manager locked the door, so just be aware of that if you come early.

Estimated time for the order to be ready is either wrong or the Little Caesars I go to takes too long. Pizza is normally good for the price.

Not a good experience. Told the punk manager I was going to write a review and guess it should be no surprise but he didn't even care.

Worse place ever.they dont sell the hot amd ready anymore.they just want to upsell some other nasty pizzas

It's got or miss with this place. Sometimes you gat a great pizza, other times it's has so little cheese you can see the sauce all over. Or the dough hasn't warmed up enough and bubbles are all over it. I've been sent the wrong pizza 2 times and had to go and pick up the new one myself because they, " don't have anyone to take it". Why pay for delivery then?

I went to pick up my pizza through the drive thru but there was a long line and they were really busy so I decided to go inside and a young lady by the name of Cielo helped me out and she had great customer service she focused all her attention to getting my order for me without hesitation.

I have visited the 9155 Dyer location several times and they don't even make the Hot and Ready Pizzas. It doesn't matter what time you go. They will always pull out the menu and say they ran out of the hot & ready. The girl today didn't even offer to make it and have me wait, like I've done before. She just said "we don't have any and put the menu, with higher priced pizza selection, in my face. Which I would have to wait for as well. They are just out to make more money and less pizzas!
They are not providing what is being advertised! Not ethical at all!

Everytime I come here, they never have any of the classic pepperoni ready. Always up selling you to the next one that just so happens to be already made. 3 times I've been here it has happened.

So we have ordered pizza from here three times and every single time it has been cold and never fresh. We dont know if we will be going back.

Thought this pizza company would have pizzas ready, but this is the third time it has happened where there is always a missed communication between employees and have to wait about 20 minutes for a cheese pizza! Come on really? Ugh they need to get better management there and work the right way. Should of stick to a regular pizza place such as papa John's or dominos at least they will have pizzas done with in 10 to 15 min.

Great deals on pizza and more. When cooking is too much for your day to handle just get some LC's
