Little Caesars Pizza, San Antonio TX

I should’ve left a review on the day that I went to this location but I honestly forgot. But I wanted to say that when I did go, I was stuck waiting in the front lobby for 30 minutes for one pizza! I could tell that most of the workers we’re not in a good mood, and we’re obviously stressed out, and I do remember the one worker I kept on seeing the most was a woman wearing cat ears
(pretty unprofessional in my opinion, by the way) but she was bossing everyone around and she was obviously confused and didn’t know what to do and I could also tell she was making a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Once I did get my pizza and she handed it to me she had blamed it on the people in the back, but I don’t think it’s OK to talk badly about your coworkers like that to strangers, in my opinion that says a lot about her character.
Anyways, I just hope that she isn’t manager because she would obviously not be very good for the position seeing how she doesn’t know exactly what she’s doing from the looks of it.

I went to this location which was different from my usual (Tezel and Culebra). I get all the way home open my box and this was the hardest pizza I’ve ever purchased. It felt like a frisbee with pepperonis on it. I was so upset, this was a disruption to my quality time with my children. The crust was burnt and we couldn’t even enjoy it. To make it worse the location to far to go back to. I was so disappointed and very much so inconvenienced. I will not go here again!

My pizza was GORGEOUS. I don't know how they do it cause it hits the spot every time unlike some other places! I didn't take pictures cause I was too excited.

We love this location. The food always comes out hot and fresh. We love those Slices and Sticks! We visit once a week.

I went inside to order. Not much to look at on the inside, but I liked that the salesperson handed my pizza right to me. That made me feel like I mattered.

I like the fact that Little Caesars prices are low enough that we can afford to buy their pizza thanks for keeping prices low.

Called in 30 minutes till closing spoke to Annmarie. She was very professional on the phone. Got there right at 11 PM. I received great customer service although it was closing time. My order was made fresh. Thank you!

I felt badly for the manager having to work with what she’s got, I saw the window order taker EATING PIZZA FROM A BOX IN THE KITCHEN! I got a pic of him doing so while I was waiting in line at the drive thru waiting on my pick up that unfortunately had been paid for already. When I got to the window, I asked for the manager, and told her what I had just saw; and the person in front of me had just saw and why they had pealed off in a hurry before their order was paid for…Wish I’d been so lucky, well then Edgar Ingram Marbach ie order taker heard me talking with the manager about what everybody had witnessed and asked for pics of the offense, yeah no…. I’m going to be graceful enough to not share on such a public forum/review site. I had my 8 year old baby girl just getting of gymnastics and I wasn’t going to stick around and hear another word of genius from E. I. M and get her upset so I left without any resolution but I hope that there’s lessons learned all around, like I won’t be going back and hopefully someone else will learn the hard way to never pay ahead

The pizza taste like it had been sitting there for quite a few hours. Didn’t taste good at all.

Pizza wasn't good at all and they burnt my crazy bread and still gave it to us like that! I know not all locations are like this so hopefully the next one won't be.

Cameron is the nicest worker ive ever met! And the food taste so amazing it always feels like home!

I use to dread going to this location because every employee I have experienced there had am awful attitude and would constantly get my order wrong but tonight my mom and I met this very attentive and polite man named Cameron. He works the night shift. He was incredibly friendly and actually got my order right. I'm only leaving this review for him honestly because he's amazing.

It’s Little Caesars, you know it, you love it! Great service here from Cameron, went above and beyond for me.

Very nice and welcoming environment. The staff were very friendly, especially Cameron. Went above and beyond with his service. Even took a pizza out to my car.

The fact that you can just drive by and pick it up for a good prices is the best!
