Little Caesars Pizza, Wichita Falls TX

Pizza was alright but service was slow and wait time was a long time even though I ordered in advance I still had to wait almost 40 minutes past my pick up time

Ordered a pizza and they never made it and a so called female mangers was being aggressive with attitude when asked for a refund. Better take your business some where else.

I've been trying to call since not quite 2: 00 pm. I ordered two hot and ready pizzas and one create your own. I also ordered a two liter of Pepsi that I never got (the reason for my calls). The phone rang until it went to the fax machine. So I had tap water with my pizza despite my being charged for the Pepsi and trying to get help. It was either that or eat stone cold pizza. I like cold pizza, but not the first time I eat it. And because whoever placed the toppings on my create your own doesn't know what half means, I only got three pieces (leftovers for Everyone else, but not me). I was frustrated, but now I'm just done. I've emailed, made numerous calls, tried corporate.yeah I'll never love anyone's pizza that much. Keep the Pepsi or return the money. Either way you'll never receive my business again. Far too many others that answer their phone to put up with being ignored.

Tried ordering using the app but it wouldn't go through. Went to the store to order and found out that after a certain time they shut down the online ordering. Unfortunately, they couldn't give me a time that that happens.

If you're after cheap pizza, this is where you end up. You get what you pay for though. The service has always been excellent at this location, and I occasionally have a nostalgic hankering for Little Caesars. Let's face it, Crazy Bread is addictive. They make a decent thin crust pizza, even if I don't understand why they charge extra to give me less crust.lol

Was trying to call and they wouldn’t answer asked them if there phone are working and cashier said I haven’t heard anything! Got my phone and tried to call again while I’m the store and heard nothing! I asked to speak to a manager and the girl said I am! I said some one above you! Both girls came back very aggressive and the above everyone manager said they were busy but no one was in there but 2 lady’s! I said so cause your busy y’all aren’t allowed to answer the phone! She looked at the person be hind me and took his order and acted as off I was not there! They have no manners what so ever or customer service skills!

This is the best Little Ceasars in town! They know how to cut all the way through the pizza and how to put enough cheese on it. It's always ready on time and the workers are wonderful. I literally drive across town to this one even though there is one less than five minutes from my house.

My girls loves Little Caesars Pizza, it's always HOOOT! ITS just right, not to much pizza sauce is how we like it.

Crane one hour before closing and they wouldn’t make pizzas or didn’t have them ready. It’s 9pm on Sunday and they are supposed to close t 10pm 3/20/2022

Need new management. This guy is hateful and don't pay attn, to product going out. So sorry but he can't keep a crew for very long.

They never answer answer the phone because they are afraid people are calling in big orders and that's aggravating.

The phone number provided by the business is wrong. I called multiple times about my order and had my Fiancé drive up there to see what was going on and he said their phone wasn't ringing even though I was calling them.

Well what can I say about little Caesars that's negative? The bread sticks are heavenly️ and nobody can beat the price while maintaining great food. But today when my family went to pick up our order there is a gentleman️ who has worked there for some time now I believe he said his name was Anthony maybe any way this man is the best employee any of the locations have ever had! Every time we come to pick up an order he is already packing up our order before we even have to give him our name. He is exceptionally friendly, courteous, knowledgeable? And just an all around amazing human being️️! He makes my day every time we go.: To the management team of this location I want you to know how much of an asset and in my opinion a necessary member of the team he is. He deserves some kind of special recognition or a promotion. At the very least a good size raise! He is the absolute best and I will only go to the Midwestern parkway location forever as long as he works there!

I don't care what you say when I say lights off and you put to the bathhouse on there that's the freaking awesome

They're okay, but the competition around them is much better. Don't recommend this place.

Good as usual for the price. They tend to run out of a lot of things at night but it's not the crews fault. Who ever does the order clearly needs to work on other things and let someone else take a Crack at it.

What a joke, no mask no service and they don't take cards? Get with the program and clean up this place.

I gotta say, the pizza's that I got today had to be were the BEST I've had in a very long time. No kidding the food was fantastic. Good price also. The young woman who took my order was so sweet. All around great experience.

Just came up there the breadsticks burnt order tooken wrong and sauce barely filled bad experience
