Little Caesars Pizza, Katy TX

Poor Service, very unorganized, lose orders, take too long on orders, on online order, always get email for order ready and still wait about 10-15 more minutes, sometimes I have to ask them because they never put them on the box, cashiers play around all the time. This store needs lot of organization and better workers or better management.

Terrible service! I don’t even like to write reviews but I had to because it’s every single time I go. They literally mess up my order every single time. Once is fine or 2 but it’s every single time they are just bad I guess. They usually don’t have my pizza ready on time it’s been twice where they took more than an hour and only had 1 pizza ready when I ordered 2 and it’s not me messing up on the order bc it clearly says it in the receipt and they always don’t care! I live close so I’ve tried to give them so many chances but they never fail to disappoint and it’s just funny now, so I suggest just go to a different little Caesars like me or if you don’t want to drive there is a Pizza Hut next to it

Had a great experience here at this location, I recommend the jalapeno pepperoni pizza! The staff here also were very professional! Young and full of energy!

Manager is extremely rude. Refused to make something when she said she had everything for it.

Have always had pretty good experiences with this establishment. Food is cheap and made good.

Ordered at the window. NO OPTION TO ORDER A THIN CRUST SUPREME ON THE APP. FAST 10-12 Min. Best pizza for the money.

Ordered through their online portal. Waited 45 minutes for the order only for it to be incomplete. Unfortunately I was only given 1 of the 4 items I ordered they didn’t bother to call to let me know anything and they charged me for the whole order. Not very practical when you’re starving. Also had to wait 7 minutes on hold for someone to help and was told it would take a couple of days for a refund and they will charge for the item they sent which she couldn’t tell me what the new charge would be. Ridiculous sticking to Dominoes

This place tonight was hella gross! The pizza had some type of nasty flavor to the sauce! And the crust was awful as well. I’ll stick to the one on barker cypress and 529.

It was ok. I pulled up to the drive thru and just waiting 6 min before someone came to the window to take my order. Then it was a confusion as I asked for my pizzas with the understanding there is a 10 min wait but it seems the person needed me to say place my order I want it and take my money? ! Would I go back yes not a deal breaker however they need to have 2 people in case you have walk inside and drive thru at same time.

We always come to this location was completely disappointed when the pizza had no meat on it very unexceptable.

Hit the Drive Thru for wings, they were hot & ready like the pizza. Make sure you go to before 9: 00 PM or you have to wait.

Service was a little slow this evening but when it was my turn, I found out why: Fabio was busting his butt taking care of EVERYBODY while the others stayed in the back and did nothing! Give this man a raise! He did everyone else's work for them and still kept things going. Great job, Fabio!

The place has a new crew but unfortunately, with a bunch of young kiddos. The pizza never feels fresh, especially when I've ordered from the app. A couple of times the being ready time went past the time and I've had to walk in to have them hand it to me. And their portal is almost always not working which is kind of why you order from the app so you don't have to wait or interact with ppl.

HISPANIC LADY ROBBED MY CARD INFORMATION ON THE DRIVE THRU AND STOLE $60 FROM MY CARD, Don’t use y’all’s cards at this location they rob your money.

I ordered online & was trying to call to get my pizza with light sauce since the app doesn't offer that feature. I waited 20 minutes on the phone & still managed to walk inside the store, no cars in the drive-thru & none in the parking lot for them, and the mgr was like oh it's because we're SO busy. Like what? I can understand if it's busy & many cars waiting on their food but when I walked in, the phone was ringing nonstop on prob the lowest volume setting & no one cared to even pick up lol.

Couldn't order through the app, which is fine not an issue, but tried to call and literally no one would answer the phone. So decided to order in store, and I found the reason why they weren't answering. They just didn't care enough to answer. Employees literally walking back and forth in the back not doing anything and just letting the phone ring. I listened to 4 separate calls go through while I was waiting to place an order. This is the only little ceasars I've ever had any real issues with, and I thought maybe it's busy, or just one of those days, but I'm convinced the employees just don't care enough about the quality of their work or customer service. Little Ceasars on 5502 n fry rd
