Little Caesars Pizza, Willis TX

The last 2 visits to this location in willis were not great. I had my order refunded without notice cause they ran out of pepperoni, and at the same time the dough was nowhere near being ready to make pizzas, this coming from the guy at the cash register. How do you run out of pepperoni and have no dough ready for pizzas? YOU'RE A PIZZA PLACE. Poor management, teen kids playing not working, off duty employees messing with register while off the clock. Other times I waited 30 min after my pizza ready time with an online order. Closed down due to lack of employees. Little Ceasar's corporate needs to reconstruct all their locations asap.

Husband waited for 30 minutes for pizza, crazy bread, and a sauce to be heated. Got home: Cold Pizza, cold sauce for bread, ordered extra sauce on pizza, had no sauce. Worse pizza I've ever had. $20 wasted!

My husband ordered pizza through the app it is absolute chaos in there. There is nothing but high school is running the store it is nasty. Giving peoples orders away to other people just to keep them quiet. We waited 2 hours for a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza. This store needs to be shut down immediately.

Always an issue here. Owner/corporate needs to watch surveillance and monitor. Tonight I ordered online one cheese thin crust, took over 20 min of the time it was supposed to be ready. Then we got home and pizza was burnt.

They never have the Detroit Pizza say the night crew isn’t doing their job. Today they said the oven was broken. Full of excuses. Love the pizza if I could get one.

This place is not ran like a little ceasars at all! I placed an online order 20 mins before I got there thinking I wouldn’t have to wait, got there and they had not even taken the order off the machine! I’m sorry but the point of this place is to walk in and walk out with fresh ready to go pizza. Not here, even placing an order online won’t get your pizza any faster.

I literally can’t stand this location. They never answer the phone. Or anything, I tried calling today at 9pm and no answer. The automated system directed me towards the website so I tried placing my order an hour before 10pm and sure enough it says “this store isn’t taking orders at this time”. Then I kept trying on my phone calling and my husband was also trying on the app and nothing.

Pizza burnt, ordered on app wait 30 minutes went to pick it up they canceled my order then had to wait another 45 minutes

Went in a while back at night for pizza and was far from pleased. Guy at counter was, rudely dissmissive, covered in grim, was wearing no uniform and negligent with the food. There was also another female employee that felt a need to butt into a situation that didn't concern them and also get hostile. Came for a pizza, wasn't greeted, just rudely and dismissively asked what did I want by the guy at counter cleaning gunk from between the seams with bare hands. He then he proceded to handle phone, use a floor mop for a while, touch his face and never once proceed to wash his ungloved hands befor handling food. He began prep on pizza after opening a new full batch of cheese and pep cross contaminating the full batch of both. It not only ruined my pie but an elderly guests behind me. I notified that guest of what I witnessed so they would t run the chance of food born illness and I asked for a refund. Some girl who was I guess acting manager came up, took the complaint, gave the refund, and smoothed out the situation untill another female employee felt a need to make multiple remarks about me "snatching" my receipt from them when all I did was take it so i could just leave. Not only did that guy who took my order just straight up leave and take no accountability, I had to deal with some other employee who wasn't even part of the situation being hostile as well. Also there were randomly people behind counter in kitchen area who didn't even look to be working there, they just walked back there in pajamas and were hanging out. I have since both notified Health Department and permanently switched over to ordering pizza from Marco's nearby. I just wanted to keep other guest from potentialy getting sick, get my refund, and not be railed against and treated poorly for doing so.

If I could do zero stars I would never have pizza ready lady was very rude when u asked her how long. Worst little Caesars

The service was great, they were busy but made the food in a timely manner! The food was delicious.especially that Italian style cheese bread

Worst customer service ever. Took 10 minutes for Jarrod to come take my order, then Pattsy literally hand my pizza to a walk in while I wait 10 mins more for a hot and supposed to ready.

Some of the worst service I've ever had, employees were arguing, walking off from customers to go to the back and argue, music blaring, not to mention I ordered ahead and my food was left out so it was cold and all my order wasn't even ready.

I called in and even said please makes sure it’s extra meat I say this because last time I asked for extra and didn’t get extra they yes yep this time I went and there one one need one each slice no way dude this must be a joke giving them one star is being generous

I did arrive after the dinner rush so everything was cleaned out by the customers but they got the food to me as fast as the ovens would let them.

Not always hot and ready available! Thought I would update my review since last time… They still don't have hot and ready pizza available… Waiting 10 minutes is bull considering you advertise hot and ready! Update: September 2022: still no hot and ready pizza… It has only gotten worse… That’s what happens when you have a bunch of kids working with no supervision.

Ordered a regular pep and Italian cheese bread sticks. After the max time was reached and no update i walked in to see if order was ready. The order was setting on the table waiting while they were recording tik tok videos. On top of that the cheese bread was burnt and not cut. Doesn't even taste right.

Customers are always flipping out mad because pizza isn't hot and ready. I have no issues though. I put my little order in online, walk in and grab it from the pizza dispenser. Works like a charm. 50/50 if they have cookies.

When you try calling to order pizza through the phone they never answer. And when we get there, they never have pizza ready like they used to and you have to wait 15-25 minutes. Horrible customer service.
