Little Caesars Pizza, El Paso TX

This is my go-to Little Caesars. I rolled up to get a sausage and mushroom and they didn't have no mushrooms. Really? A pizza place with no mushrooms? So then I go to the other two closest Little Caesars and they won't let you walk in the store it's drive through only when do they start that I don't do drive-thru for pizza. The last Little Caesars on Edgemere the person inside wanted to argue with me and cause a fight. This world is broken. So I had to settle for Speedy's Pizza. Hope they're good.

Employee didn't let me finish my order before telling me how much it was going to be. Didn't have any wings whatsoever. And as always for the cheesy bread it's either they don't have any or it's almost a 30 minute wait. But the pizza was good.

There is a reason why I stopped coming to this location, I’ll share why. The workers acknowledgement to the customer is laking, the ready to go pizzas are burnt and cheese is cooled…meaning when you take a bite The topping all come off including cheese leaving a slice with nothing on. Furthermore, the pizzas is cut in a lazy way that you can’t even get an actual shape of a pizza slice. This visit the guy tending to me said he was alone, (which I saw 4 other workers, totaling 5 people) and would take over 30min for a bag of bread sticks! Which in my opinion is ridiculous. After I left I saw other go in and leave immediately. Wondering what rejection they got. Some one! Cooperate manager or franchise mangers need to step in a fix the TERRIBLE SERVICE that’s unfolding here! If I can give a zero star I would have.

Today was just a sad day. I was the first one in line and the last one to leave, they told me to wait ten minutes and thirty minutes later my pizza is barely on the oven. These workers and manager really need to shape up

Bought 2 hot and ready pizzas, looked like I got the pizzas from the day before. They were cold and dry. Last time I visit this location.

Girl at counter very unfriendly. Seems like Caesars does not train their people well these day. Done with Caesars in Texas.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Always check your pizza before leaving. Sure enough when I got home, Pizza was all cold looks like they reheated it, all hard, nasty looking! I called to complain but no one picks up the phone. I definitely will be stopping by to speak to management.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!
I called to place an order for 7 pizzas and some wings. Whoever I spoke too told me my order would be ready in 40 minutes. I went to pick it after an hour giving them 20 extra minutes but they didn't have anything ready. The man at the counter (possibly the manager) told me "Whomever you spoke with left already" and he said I could wait another hour for my order. Its really frustrating. I understand a lot of places are understaffed but the customer service in this location is not good at all. He didn't even apologize and of course I didn't get any pizza!

Oredered online but couldn't get delivery option. Got error message. Called store to inquire. Was told they didnt have drivers. Fine. Went to pick up in store. Pizza was not ready. Was told they were behind on orders because they were short staffed. It was memorial weekend.they did not anticipate getting slammed? After waiting additional 18 minutes my order came up. It was of course wrong. My simple pepperoni extra cheese was a supreme with every topping imaginable. Another 10 minutes to get my order right. No apologies just "here you go. " Horrible service. Horrible customer service.

Their pizzas are the best pizzas I’ve tasted from other little Cesar’s. I always order the 3 meat and they always make it fresh, it’s worth the wait.

Every time I get the stuffed cheese bread, it’s undercooked. Unfortunate.cause I really want to spend money on food & not be able to eat it. I mean I could put it in the oven? But what the hell did I buy it for? To cook it myself? Thanks for serving me raw dough & cheese.

1st time, stopped by for a hot n ready for lunch at around 1: 30pm, and it seemed that the pizza was reheated from the day before. It was super dry, burnt and hard! 2nd time I purchased pizza for lunch again, I even ordered online to hopefully get a freshly made pizza but NO! Again it was paper thin, extremely toasted and cheese/pepperoni was burnt! Crazy bread was also burnt!

Went in for a Hot-n-Ready n it's "make as you pay"? What's the point of calling it a Hot-n-Ready then? It's just a regular pizza at that point? A Hot-n-Ready is one that's ready already so you don't have to wait 12-15 minutes for it. I wish I could give this 0 stars. #hangry

Asked if they made supreme pizza and they said they didn't. I did not feel like fighting it so I just got a $5 pizza. Went home and checked the website and they do make supreme pizza. Pizza is good. But some employees can be lazy

I ordered a regular extra most bestest pepperoni pizza for delivery i was starving and craving pizza cus I love it from lil ceasers but when it arrived the pizza was paper thin literally nothing but cheese and greasy as hell i couldnt even hold the pizza up from how thin it was and the box was dripping grease I couldn't eat it, it was the worst pizza I have ever gotten from a lil ceasers it does not give me the option to post pictures or else I would've because im not exaggerating at all

Extremely rude cashiers.: (These kids have an attitude, if they don't wanna work there, QUIT, but treat people with respect; Also unfortunately the pizza has come out burned often.

Place is gross order a pizza had a long freaking hair in it so freaking disgusting never again staying far from this disgraceful location

Have been waiting for my pizza over an hour even tho it said on the app that would be ready @4: 28 it is now 5: 44

Just left there because the kid at the register said in a snooty voice its going to be 45 yes.yes 45 minutes. This is still one of the worst run little Ceasars around.

Probably the worst run little ceasars around. Told to wait 20 minutes for the extra most bestest pizza. Still run horribly. Hot and ready means nothing here. Wish there was another little Caesars near by.

They never have hot n ready pizzas around dinner time. I was told to order ahead online (which I did the next day). Ok pizza, decent price.
