Little Caesars Pizza, Harker Heights TX

Have had trouble numerous times with getting orders correct, even when the order was taken in the dining area. An employee was working the front register for too long in my opinion, he showed little to none customer service skills. He created instead of de-escalating unpleasant experiences for most customers.

In awhile, also it is very nasty looking to even think about all the dead skin thats on his face and head and arms with very large red spot. Its very obvious that he has a medical condition skin in dandruff extremely. So please know the Little Caesars Pizza in Harker Heights Texas is very nasty As well as the store itself is dirty Its a no go here folks,

Terrible experience. Came here to eat lunch and the supposed general manager was very rude to me and to my boss. He was out of line cussing and just being rude. Will never eat here again.

Not just hot and ready, now n with ordering ahead you get that hot and ready anytime. The self pick up hot boxes are great ND make it feel secure at pickup and no waiting if your foods in the box. Location is quick and staff is friendly.

Never have Hot N Ready's ready for purchase. Long waits. Must order ahead. Average time 15-20 minutes. The bathroom feels unsanitary. The cashier was friendly though.

Double charged on order and would not give an instant refund. Had to wait 24 to 48 hours since it was a card used instead of cash.

I love Little Caesars! But today's experience with whoever is working in the store was the Worst! I could not order this online because it would not accept my debit card at first. So I called the store and the, was just in a bad mood the moment he answered the phone, told me NO! To anything I asked him, did not try to help me figure things out, that was it. So I decided to download the DoorDash app and order through them which I did, a pretty big order. When the arrived to pick up my order, he said; he didn't not have the same order on his end and only made the "supposedly" deep dish, with all its specifications that I like.said; The? ‍ was extremely and that I can go back on the DoorDash app and cancel this order and get a refund which I did. I did however make sure to leave the tip with the for their honesty.
As to this so-called deep dish, it was deep of bread only bread, it lack sauce it like and the extra mozzarella that I requested was simply strips of stick. It is so bad you could taste the bitterness in the dough. Initially it great. I've had Pizza Hut deep dish but maybe LITTLE CAESARS should not do the Boston deep dish.

If you enjoy raw food this would be your place to go. I ordered food and got home to discover it was completely raw and when speaking to the manager he refused to admit it was raw after showing him videos and pictures of the items being raw.

Food was excellent but the service was horrible. In between customers the cashier would not help the people in the back and would sit on the countertop facing away from the customers while playing on his phone. He was rude and had an attitude. He would slam the boxes on the counter and was just unprofessional. He could have had a bad day but if he was then his manager should have spoken to him.

Absolutely without a doubt the worst little ceasers ever. Nothing ready. Extended wait time. The young man taking your order never let go of his cell phone.the entire time. Face in phone while taking orders.shoot he was passing food out with cell phone in hand. Then he said we don't have quarters so he skipped giving me my change altogether.

Rude big boy working there was rude to me in front of my 2 years old daughter. I mean if you hate working there…ever heard of to QUIT? I don’t deserve it at all. I am deaf and i was asking for paper and pen, he flipped at me. Tf? I left. I refused to stay and get yelled at for being deaf. So I left.

This place always disappoints. They never have pizza ready at any time of the day. When you call it “hot n ready” usually you’d think they’d have some ready. I have been in on a Sunday afternoon, Friday night, Saturday afternoon and never do they have pizza ready. Just very disappointed, because most days every Little Caesars has some pizza ready.

Didn't serve me at 9 because they were so busy. The other little Caesars need to stay open at 10 also. This is ridiculous on Saturday night.

Every time I go, they don’t have anything ready and ask you to wait 30 minutes… it’s supposed to be hot and ready, if I want to wait 30 minutes let me actually order a pizza from a better pizza place and not Little Caesar’s.

I wish I can give them -10 stars. Lil caesae's in Harker Heights, Texas does not have delivery they use door dash for their delivery. We ordered and paid for pizza around 8-ish. By the time 9: 30 rolled around we received a text saying our pizza was delivered. We contacted. Door dash they transferred us back over to Lil caesars where the manager washed her hands of the whole process with saying her ovens were off and the they are closed we have been on hold for 30+ minutes. So no food.we had already paid for the pizza's and in 7 to 10 business days we can get a refund maybe? No Food we paid for Air and the manger Sat. July 16,2022 hung up in my face when I asked her why are we being punished by giving them our BUISNESS? And when she gets home? Aren't you going to eat? Her exact heartless words was don't worry about what I'm going to do when I get home.

Some employee treated me like absolute dirt all because I walked in early to check my order status. Most locations I order from have the order out early so I went in simply to check. He told me with immense attitude that he had just put them in 3 minutes ago. I told him ok no big deal, I would just wait in my truck and he made sure to emphasize the exact time I walked in, making it seem like I was being rude for simply walking in and checking. I order from LC’s a lot for my work and will never order from this location again.

I came here after a swim day with the family and all they had was bread sticks and wings.no pizza at all. How are you a pizza place and don't have any pizza? Super disappointed, but hopefully they'll have pizza for the next customer or not lol

I ordered xtra cheese and my pizza didn't have that on it plus it was pretty done. Almost burnt. On the plus side it was still good and my lunch date is super cute so I didn't mind
