Little Caesars Pizza reviews
17The staff was very nice and finished my order faster than the time frame they gave me. The pizza is not the greatest but you get what you pay for.
Waiting in line. Because they dont answer the phone when you try to call your order in a head of time so they can have it cooked and hot by the time you get there.
Could be quicker but was there on an off day from what I could tell. Nice people that want to do a good job
Hot and ready? More like warm and never ready. 45 minute waits for a simple pepperoni pizza.
Closed 15 minutes before the posted time. Typically takes a while to get an order and they almost never answer their phones. I personally wouldn't recommend this spot unless all other options for food are unavailable
They never answer the phone. I guess they don't need my business. And the higher ups don't care.
They were so miserable at thier jobs. I'm in the food industry and I know it can get rough but I WOULD NEVER TAKE IT OUT ON THE CUSTOMERS. EVER.not once did that cashier smile. How can I help you or thank you. I wasn't the only one disappointed in experience. I this location needs help in thier customer service training. She acted like she was upset that she had to work tonight. Anyway good luck
Employee sick and other Employees being mean and load to her. The working the counter running his mouth about her to customers
Location is turning away veterans telling them that they ran out of the free meals as of 11: 30am. Drove across the parking lot to Fuzzy’s and got 10% and a free soda.
Asked for light sauce but still was alot. They need to sharpen their pizza knives or something, I had to get my own pizza cutter.
The customer service was great though.
I ordered a "Fanceroni" with thin crust. I had stopped getting my pizza from Little Caesar's a while back. It's always been acceptable for the price, but I started getting pizza elsewhere due to some promotions I was interested in. When I got my "Fanceroni" I was pleasantly surprised. They claim "over 100 slices" but it was probably closer to 200. There was so much meat that I had to chew a crispy thin crust pizza. The old world pepperoni had just the right spice level. Not bland like thin, standard pep. My wife hates pizza of all sorts, so she let me know that I was raving about this too much. If you like Little Caesar's, try this one (it's worth the money for thin crust). If you haven't tried Caesar's, try this one. You may not convert, but if this turns out to be one of those limited time deals, you'll be happy you checked it out before they take it away.
Also, staff was extremely friendly, and went out of their way to make sure my special instructions were followed (slices, not party cut). I'll be back until this is off of the menu.
My mother and I decided to get pizza while in Tyler. I drove 15 minutes to get to this location and the lady behind the counter said she can only make cheese or pepperoni pizza. I’m sorry but that’s crazy. Yes it was 9pm but they still should’ve been able to make anything on the menu. Pure laziness. I took my business else where. Papa johns had no issue making my meat lovers and the works pizzas.
They have there ringer off and NEVER answer the phone. The boy behind the counter when we went in had his mouth full of pizza and couldn’t even answer our question. Never seen a place so disgusting.
Very disappointed. Pizza is usually very good, but EVERY time I try to order no one will answer the phone. Called Mazzio's instead, no trouble getting someone to pick up there.
I'm a teacher desperately trying to give my kids a pizza party at the end of the year. How unfortunate I couldn't give Little Ceasar's my business. I tried to order online and the website would not let me place an order saying that the business was closed. It was not closed. I called the business repeatedly and they did not answer. Do not waste your time. Just call Dominos or another pizza place. I don't usually write these reviews, and I wished I had read the other reviews before attempting to order from this "restaurant. "
I have been trying to contact them to order pizzas from my nephew's birthday party. They will not answer the phone! I guess they will lose my money! Pizza Hut here I come!
This the second time in a row that ive gotten a pizza and it looks like a two year old tried cutting it on top of my other pizza wasn’t cut at all…. Please do better cause this ain’t it!
