Little Caesars Pizza, Amarillo TX

Thank you for not cutting any of my pizzas. I really appreciate it a lot having to use a plastic butter knife to cut it. What’s even better is the other day I saw them taking a pizza out to someone as I was driving up at 7: 30pm and as I pulled up to the speaker there was no answer, I then pulled up to the window and someone said that they were closed. If you think about going to this location don’t. The one on coulter is 10x better.

I ordered from this location on the app. When I showed up to pick up my order, there was NOBODY there. When trying to get my money back, which was taken from my account as soon as I placed the order, I have called customer service twice as well as the location. Each time I am told I will be contacted and each time nothing happens. Do better!

The food is amazing it has a long wait and sometimes they don't answer the phone though. I strongly suggest getting the deep dish pizza here it is delicious, especially with a side of crazy bread.

If there was an option to give no stars, I would definitely do so. This place has nothing but rude employees and they don't care how your food is prepared. Food is always sloppy and unfresh. You better not even complain because the employees will get mad and upset. Customers have the right when paying with your own money to expect fresh, and appealing food. Customer service here is not offered here it's like a crime or a problem asking for fresh food or something. I've been to this establishment a good handful of times I haven't saw any change after taking a break very long one and I'm always getting rude service. I don't show rudeness back because someone has to be the better person which I don't mind i rather leave happy and with peace than to argue with someone who is miserable, mad all the time and etc. Keep your negative energy at home

Good pizza for takeout, there is better pizza out there, but Caesar's is great for the price.

Very kind staff. The girl who took my order was doing a fantastic job. The wait time was a little high but not too bad for a Sunday night. It's worth the wait for fresh food! Definitely enjoy spending my money here. You guys are great! Thanks for your hard work.

The particular location on Bell I went to disappointed me horribly 3 times. I've always ordered ahead of time, arrived 15 minutes early, waited in line up to the time, and they haven't even started my pizzas until I was at the window. I'm very disappointed as most Little Caesars are quite good at what they do but to he honest, this one location is almost not even worth coming to at this rate.

Today I ordered a pizza around 5: 00pm for 6: 15pm same circumstances. It's 6: 36 now and apparently one of my pizzas weren't even started and Im the one at the window. I don't know if Little Caesars will see this but this needs to be squared away.

Not bad for what you pay. My main complaint would be that the crust has no flavor, but again.cheap pizza so I wasn't expecting too much.

Ordered for pickup and lobby was locked and closed. Cold and hot stuff bundled together. Would not recommend.

Ordered a pizza online and paid when we went to go pick it up, they called us 2 minutes before arrival saying that they don't have the pizza we ordered and wouldn't be able to make us a new one or refund our money. They gave us a stupid customer service number to call. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Unacceptable delivery. Toppings slid completely off the dough. Polite GM. Door dash failure. No convenient resolution.

The quality of this location as severally gone down. It seems like the staff dont even care. Pizza is overcook, breadsticks are over cooked. I guess if I ever need croutons, I'll just order breadsticks from here.

Takes forever to get your food here and they forget about you after telling you to wait in front of the drive thru

Last 2 times I've gone pizza was cold the crazy bread was hard and over cooked. I called and mgr was not there.so I went to store and again mgr was not there.there was no way get my pizza replaced
