Little Caesars Pizza reviews
20Stay away for your own good. This location will be shut down soon for sure. Go to stone oak location instead! They are wwwaaayyy better
Not as advertised. Its suppose to be pepperoni to the edge with Fanceroni Pizza but instead looks like a regular pizza with extra pepperoni. Live and learn. Better off with the Supreme.
I called this location a total of 12 times to attempt to resolve an issue with my order. All 12 times someone would pick up and hang up. I gave up and drove to address the issue in person. While my missing item was being prepared, I told the employee about the phone issues. He simply shrug his shoulders and said “Don’t know what to tell you”
Lovely, just lovely. Obvious he doesn’t care.
I ordered ahead for pickup, and was provided a time to show up. When I got to the store, I found the doors locked. The Google listing said they were open, but I tried calling the store to no avail. I gave up and went home. Approximately 4 hours later I got an email saying my pizza was ready, but there was no way for me to go pick it up since I was at work. This was my first experience ordering from Little Caesar’s. I emailed support but haven’t heard anything back and it’s been weeks.
This is what you get when you order from Little Caesars off 281 and Evans?
If I could give them zero stars I would. I tried calling them several times because the pizza is burnt. It’s hard as a rock and not edible.
Their pizza portal didn’t work but they didn’t tell me that. Got an email that my pizza’s were ready one hour after i had already picked them up. One pizza was okay, the other was the greasiest pizza i’ve ever had. Crust practically fell apart because it was so greasy. Ate one, threw the other away. I will never order from this place again.
15 minute wait for one pizza? Only accepting Cash? Save yourself time and frustration. Go to the stone oak location or go to Marcos pizza. This location is on its last breath. Will be closed soon for sure.
I've been waiting HOURS to hear back from someone about items I PAID FOR that are MISSING from my order. And mistakes made to my pizzas as well! I was on hold for an hour. Left my number. AM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK FOR HOURS NOW.have been calling the store. And getting NOOOO ANSWER!
I'M HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT, THEIR SERVICE, AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. SMDH
Little Caesars has always been a champion of the poor man's heart attack but this location takes it to the next level. It takes a lot of grease, a lot, to completely drown out the flavor of your food, but they consistently do it.
I usually don't leave reviews especially bad ones but. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant. They literally gave me pizza with no sauce or cheese only toppings. Smh. Not what I ordered at all.
I’ve been here twice now, and both times have been a terrible experience. Overcharged me for a single pizza and ordered a fresh pizza with extra sauce and was given premade minimal sauce pizza. Don’t try calling them as their single night employee will just hang up the phone or let it ring while he stands in the back of the store being a zombie on his phone. I had to yell hello to get him to come to the front of the store. Definitely not worth it to come here. You can retract that 1 star to a -5.
Placed an order at the drive thru and the guy seemed uninterested in making the order so proceeded to say the credit card machine was down. But when I found the cash to place the order the employee disappeared from the drive through speaker and when i went into the store he never came out to complete the order. Why even open if you refuse to take any orders.
Ordered online. Didn’t give my soda to the door dash guy. Then didn’t answer the phone. Lame.
Worst Pizza place ever!
Was given burnt pizza, paid extra for sauces but no sauces! Tried calling but no one answers! Had to throw it away.
Tony is amazing! Had kids coming over to the house last minute and decided to grab pizza. He was friendly and serviced us with a smile. Thanks Tony!
Rude employees, young kids who don't take work seriously.
I deliver their pizza and they are always just in the back and when they do acknowledge you, they aren't very nice.
From a customer's view, I'd hate to order from here knowing they don't care.
From a delivery drivers perspective, I would never recommend ordering from this location.
Reading other reviews about how gross this place is, makes sense with the lack of real work ethic that is missing from this location.
Tried this location several times. What’s “Hot & Ready” supposed to mean? Their classic Pepperoni pizza has never been ready… ever, and that’s the whole reason for the pricing and marketing. I’m from metro Detroit, where this company was started and is still headquartered, so I’ve had enough Little Caesars for a lifetime. If I’m going to wait 20 minutes for a pizza, I’ll order it from a place that cares about the food they serve. This location is a mess and should be closed.
When you close early, stop accepting online orders and payments. If you are the owner, your employees are not there.
Door was closed lights on. Waited 20 minutes until employee opened door to let me in to pick up my on line order.it was 8: 00 p.m. While waiting three other people pulled up outside waiting on orders. Employee walked to back and stated it would be awhile to get order. I had placed order 30 minutes prior to arrival to the store. I will not ever go back to store. Only gave them one star so I could review. Would give them zero stars.
There’s a big difference between the original and the Extra Most Bestest okay. I went yesterday, and ordered 2 of the EMB, and they gave me 2 regular pizzas. Like if I didn’t notice Second time they’ve jipped me.
