21Assistant Manager Shy, and Cook/ Cashier Sharley dealt with me coming in very upset about charges on my receipt both ladies kept there cool and patience with me until they could help me understand what the charges were for and SHY advised me on how to avoid that in the future. I was very appreciative of there Awesome customer service!
We waited 30 minutes, for a pizza and bread sticks when everyone else was getting what they wanted and leaving in a few minutes, nothing extra or even some money back was asked for the trouble.
The staff on duty was rude and I wouldn't go back if we are going to be treated like that and wouldn't recommend it
This location is dirty. Long wait time for Hot and ready pizza. Pizza is never "Hot and READY"
I drive to Austin location instead.
I’ll start off by saying, I’m a very patient person. I’ve worked fast food before, so I know how it is. They accidentally gave my pizza to someone else. I waited over an hour until I finally got my pizza. I asked for a possible discount, they said no. I understand it was an accident, but still… all that time waiting… for only two pizzas.it shouldn’t be that hard to at least give a discount. I understand a full refund is stretching it, but all I asked for was a discount.
The food is usually sketchy, but the kids like it. I had to pay ahead of time before picking it up which I hate doing especially if everything is wrong. I gave them plenty of time, 30 plus minutes. I was on time. They told me it was gonna be 30 more minutes and wernt very nice about it when I got there. Terrible.
This place is a disaster. So slow and it doesn't matter if you order ahead 45 minutes or an hour. You can expect to get there and wait another hour either way. Some will say it's because they're understaffed but I've been to places with less staff that function better and are quicker than this place.
I've also doordashed here and the wait is the same. If you value your time at all, leave Little Caesars out of it.
I feel sorry for the staff. Understaffed. They do not have orders ready and ir do not receive orders. We are still waiting on our refund now for 1 hr. Still no refund.
Went to get 2 hot and ready they told us it would be 30 min we ordered and gave name to know the pizza were i ours when we returned to get our pizza they said they still weren't ready we waited over an hour for our pizza the lady before us waited an hour and 45 min this location needs better customer service and to make it right when the mess up they gave our pizza away thinking they would have time to make ours before we got there so was the story and when manager was asked for customer service number she couldn't give it
Must be understaffed. How else can you explain it taking 35 to 40 minutes to complete an order at Little Caesars? Everyone is just sitting dejectedly like they all know it's going to take forever to get their food. There's a reason we haven't been back here in years and I'm just remembering why.
This place is usually busy, but I have had positive experiences with the staff each time. I usually order on the app, and the QR code hasn’t been working for the pizza portal. The employees are polite, and I was given assistance as fast as they can. There was a sweet, older couple in front of me, and the employee cashing them out was extremely polite, sweet, and personable. She did not rush them, and it was very heartwarming to see such excellent service in a small town. If they are understaffed, it is no fault of the employees; they are always working hard when I am there. Keep it up!
Ordered pizza online 45 minutes ahead. The portal said it would be ready 715. Got there at 715 and they said it would be another 90 minutes. Bastrop Cesars is really going down the toilet on service.
It was horrible all 3 pizzas were raw even the thin crust

I thought Little Cesar's was suppose be a 'walk in, pick up the pizza and walk out' but instead it takes 15 min to get your order. Very disappointing. Not coming back here again.
Loved the food, but the wait for my order od stuffed cheese bread sticks w/crazy sauce left me with only about 10 minutes of my lunch hour.
Pizza is good but the staff is LAZY! They literally spend more time talking you out of ordering because they're "backed up on orders". I mean c'mon. This isn't from one visit, this is EVERY VISIT so far. 5 times I have been there and every time they don't have anything Hot and Ready and it's a 45 to an hour wait for one pizza. I hate giving negative reviews but dang guy's give me something to work with. Order online or the app and you will get it in a reasonable time but NOT on time. I will update the next time I TRY to order again.
Gave up after waiting 45 minutes for a fresh ICB and settled for one that was in their hot n ready ovens. All the heat that was supposed to be keeping the food warm went straight to the waiting room. Y’all need to provide your employees with better working conditions.
The food was good and hot. I phoned my order in and was supposed to be 10 to 15 minutes. It was mid afternoon so not at a meal time. When I arrived one customer was in, I paid and was told be 10 or so minutes! Hummm, ok. Then I saw others come in, one person for job hunting and he was given royal treatment!
On that day it appeared full staff as closely as I could tell. A female employee was doing a few things but her attitude was anything but welcoming to anyone including staff, customers! Possible she was shift manager and was overwhelmed but it wasn't nearly as busy as we have seen before.unable to put an actual reason this store never seems to have been on time, or a friendly staff. It must be at the top because I have never seen happy or any friendly staff here, and I hadn't been here in about a year because of this. However the food was delicious!
So if its more pay needed or better benefits or pats on the back to employees I sincerely hope at the top will do something. Because one has to appreciate employees showing up for work, but getting the feeling they would rather be any place else!
Terrible service- Don’t bother ordering online. I ordered online to pick up an hour later. When I got there they didn’t have my order ready. Meanwhile giving out hot n ready pizzas. 5 people working
Took 30 mins to get my pizza someone there before me waiting on one pizza was still there when I left other customers upset because of the wait time on one was answering the phone I called 42 times before I got the place
Now that they got rid of all the old staff and are trying to build this place up we are loving it! Friendly Smiles and delicious food
