Little Caesars Pizza, Cypress TX

Just came through drive thru, no one in line and not busy. Soon as I try to order the guy said it was gonna be a hour wait for everything even a hot’n ready, didn’t seem like my business was wanted or that they wanted to make anything.

Horrible management. Refused to give a name. Description: red hair blue eyes. I pulled up to get a hot and ready pizza and none was ready. The advertising says always hot and ready. I asked the manager and very rude he replied their isn't any and they're won't be any ready for an hour. It was really his disposition and attitude that upset me. I asked for his name and he said as a manager he is not required to give one. My question is if we have a bad experience his can we report that individual if the manager isn't required to give a name? I will never eat from here again. Also this isn't my first negative experience at this location, but it is definitely MY LAST!

They are unsanitary they touch products the trash can and they don't bother to wear gloves. Not only that for a hot and ready took more than an hour and no customers were there.

This place is going down hill you go there and they tell you it will take 45 minutes to get a pizza the manager is running it into the ground I have never had a problem before going there the last 2 times have been so bad they need new people running the place

It’s not the same anymore… I got there at 9 ant they can have any pizza ready in 30 mins… the place was empty. It’s not about employees… I ve been a customer for several years… but the new management sucks…

I order pizza on the app, it said it would be ready at 6pm. We get there at 610 and they say it will be 20 mins. After 20 mins they just put my pizza in the oven! No one is here, no one has driven up in the drive thru. What is going on? Not even an apology was given. Do better little Caesars!

This location needs better customer service, i ordered online for the first time on my phone app, and it said my order was ready but when i got there it wasnt i still had to wait like 15 min more, then i decided to give another chance and ordered again and got there and same thing happened had to wait like 10 min more and i had ordered my pizzas with light tomatoe sauce and they didnt do it, it still had to much sauce and the last time i went was like 5 days ago around like 5 just to order a most best pizza and a crazy bread and the employee at the window said i had to wait like 30 to 40 min i was like wow really but didnt even bother to at least explain why, kinda had an attitude, yall need friendly people workin there.

Dried out old pizza and stale bread sticks. Very disappointed. Not sure we'll be heading back to this location.

I called order in for pick up. They said 15min. Yet my husband waited 45min after paying. The dough of pizza was not good. Something was wrong with it. Like it was missing a ingredient. They were rude. Worst experience ever! I will not order from this location again.

Great tasting pizza at a affordable price.
Well my review was done 3 years ago now I've tried to pick up pizza 3 times different dates and every time the computers are down and can't sell pizzas, very sad for a business not to invest in good equipment and maintain it.
Won't be coming back to this place again.

Ordered at 2: 21, arrived to pickup 2: 37. We were told it would be 20 minutes. Picked up 2: 51 and the to make sticker time was 2: 37. Ridiculous.

Takes 30 to 45 minutes for a pizza I'm not sure if there's been a change in management but This Place is not being managed correctly. Staff has no sense of urgency and just do not care. Ridiculous is the word. What happened to hot and ready? More like a hot mess and very unprofessional. I would get rid of the current staff and rehire all the way around from top to bottom!

This location has gone way downhill. I always order thru the app and it says will be ready in 30 minutes. Then when i get there the guy working the drive thru says it will be another 30 minutes. The last 2 times i have went it has taken 1 hour just to get 3 pizzas. And maybe you could tell the guy working the drive thru that if hes going to be working while high on weed he should use some Visine and invest in some cologne.

I ordered online said be ready in 30 mins.got there and another 15 mins.okay fine. I wait in the parking lot. I call them and they say another 15 mins.really! Why not say 30 mins then. After 15 min I go in there and he says almost done. I get my order i asked where the sauce is. He goes and get one but I ordered 2. I tell him this and says on the print out instead he just argues with me! I told him forget I waited long enough. I get home and my cheese pizza isn't even cut.never going back

Ordered on line came right when I was told to by the app still had to wait another 15 minutes because no one was paying attention to online orders coming in.
