Little Caesars Pizza, Corpus Christi TX

Definitely not what you could call great customer service. Employees ignored the line building for 5 to 10 minutes while having air pods in the whole time.

On time HOT AND READY! It has changed a lot. They need to find a new manager. I saw at least 2 guys with no hair covering. Nobody had gloves on. The pizza had giant bubbles with no ingredients in that area. I guess it's about time for me to drive the extra mileage to go to another pizza place.

Pizza was way over cooked, not to mention the crust tasted burnt. I'll be sure to go to the Robstown location next time and every time after that.

It took at least 15 min for someone to acknowledge me.horrible management and worse employees.rude and entitled

Friendly Staff. Keeping up with the pace. Super fresh pizza (so how we had to wait to eat it lol). The only complain that I have about this place is that when I went it was super poorly lit. I literally thought it was closed. There just happened to be a van who went in before me (I'm not from the area) and I stayed to see if they got their pizza which they did. So I went in line and had no problems! Then after people noticed us they begun a line. The inside minus the back area and the outside had no lights.

Service here is ridiculous. Waiting an hour, then told sorry we don't have the stuff Crust you ordered. Ok? So what have you been doing this whole time back there? Nothing, I'm pretty sure as people came in after me and ordered and got food quicker. Then they offer another pizza, and it'll only take "5 minutes". Yeah, right. Takes another 15 minutes for him just to say, we also don't have the brownies u ordered either. What's the point of ordering ahead of time online if I'm still waiting over an hour when I get there? The kid at the register looks so lost and doesn't know what the heck he's doing. Terrible. Go elsewhere.

Pretty much worse experience. Waited 10 minutes just for them to finally tell me they weren't taking orders.

There is an issue with service every time we go here, and it takes 20 to 30 minutes to get a pizza each time.

Went today and come home with burnt pizza seem like it had been there all day I tried calling but no answer so I took pictures of it hope they don't do that to anyone else

Both times I’ve come here I’ve waited 30 min+ after being told it’s a 10 min wait. For just 1 large cheese each time. If I would have been told there was that long of a wait I could have gone somewhere else. And then come back and then left again and then come back. All in the time it would take to make 1 pizza. Ridiculous go anywhere else

Why go to a chiropractor when you can just come here? I swear, the drive thru road is terrible with those dips. The times I went my food has been good and didn’t have to wait too long.

Took over an hour to get my order. I ordered on line and then waited and when I got there they said it would not be ready for 40 more minutes. It took longer. I will not be going back!

Ordered online at 8pm the pretzel crust pepperoni pizza to pick up in the drive through. They told me to pull around in the parking lot for it. It’s 840 by then. I walk inside and I’m told it will be 5-10 more mins longer. I asked about cheese sauce that’s suppose to go with it and I’m told they are out. I get home and received a normal pepperoni pizza crust and all. What a waste of time. Why wasn’t I told this in line? Worst service and it takes forever to get your food.

3 try! Ordered online. Provided pickup time. When arrived they never have order ready! Never fails I have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes for order when I arrive. That's on top of the 30 min online provides for your order! Never again! You order online so you don't have to wait!

Poor service need better employees and i waited in store 45 mins to a hour and order still wasn't ready all because i did it through the app so i think all customers should go to pizza hut or dominos or papa johns for better service and nicer employees never have this problem anywhere else

Takes soo long too get a hot-n-ready when they are supposed too be ready as it says in the name and almost everything is sold out every time my family comes to this pizza place this used to be the fastest restaurant but now even wingstop goes faster. We also have to wait over 30 minutes too even order a pizza

ALWAYSSSS have to wait 20-30 minutes in line before I get to the microphone to order for them to tell me it’s going to be another 20 minute wait for a hot and ready. This is every time!

Please please please get someone who can run this store. Thus has to be the worst in waiting time. Came her at 4 sat in deive theu 20 minutes pulled out and came inside noone up front to wait on me. Went home ordered pizza online over an hour latee im atill waiting on my pizza. Never again calallen little ceasars. I give you no stars
