Little Caesars Pizza, Houston TX

Hot-N-Ready. Employees obviously don’t want to be there. This will be my last time here!

Usually great service there was a Hispanic guy that worked in the front Great customer service! He was there for years … today some heavy set white lady has the worst attitude. Moving slow with a line of people not friendly not telling anyone thanks.she should def work in the back like outside in the back!

I ordered pepperoni and supreme in person but got mushroom and Jalapeño. Staff didn't care and no word. Not sure where the manager was. Worst place and service!

In my opinion the pizza is ok, but there are better options available in the same market (Papa John's, Dominos, and Pizza Hut). They don't even include ranch with the wings. The service behind the counter is usually ok but never great. The only reason I continue to order on occasion is because the price. However, delivery gets really expensive and the pizza portal is really effective. So I definitely recommend pick up.

Who the heck taught y’all to cut? ! I have 8 pieces of various sizes across 3 pizzas including one that looks like it was cut for a cabbage patch doll! Jeez. The pizza crust is superb! Cut it better tho…

Place sucks say close at 10 showed up at 930was told no hot an readys can not place a order totally lazy employees they get busy an fold will never advise any family friends or foes to visit this lame location customer service sucks period.

Usually a line of people. The wait is about 30 mins on a good day so if you order online don't go until your order is in the portal. Food is usually fresh and delicious.

Even though we arrived just minutes before.they closed they still served us were very nice and friendly and made sure we ordered what we wanted even if it.meant they had to stay a few min late. The place was clean and well organized and the staff went above.and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. Definitely have only experienced service like this at this little Ceasars

They say hot and ready every time you coming here there’s nothing hot and ready you always have to wait 20 or 30 minutes just to get your order. They need to change their model to get it when we got it.

To begin with, no cook had the necessary hygiene to prepare food, then he came home and one pizza is completely full of salt, impossible to eat and on the other a hair.spectacular

Pizza is always ready extremely fast and the staff is there to help if you have any issues picking up an online order from the kiosk.

Ordered a take-out order at 630 for 830pm. Came to pick it up and they had me wait almost an entire hour. I gave my name to three different people as I watched everyone else leave with their food before me. Turns out my pizzas were sitting on the landing getting cold and I also received cold breadsticks.will not be coming back to this location. Very disappointed.

The pizza was good but the service sucks. Children are running this place and not very well. I asked for hot sauce for the cheesy bread and she refused to sell it to me. Every time I go to little Caesars I buy the hot sauce. I asked if she was the manager and she said she was. Honestly I felt like she was going to spit in my food because of how shady she was a acting after trying to order the buffalo sauce.
