Little Caesars Pizza, Fort Worth TX

Let me start by saying I used to work at Little Caesars Pizza for over 2yrs in Dallas. I know to make the crazy bread crazy they put Parmesan cheese on it. So I was completely thrown when after asking for Parmesan cheese on my pizza I was told no because they no longer had the little packets. Even tho they still have crushed pepper. So I said okay you may not have the packets but I know u have some in a shaker back there can you please just put some on my pizza when it comes out and this guy who is already done giving me change says he will have to charge me again. Really? For something that is supposed to come with the pizza any way? My God y'all! Could ya be anymore greedy?

Worst little Caesar’s ever. Crazy bread is ALWAYS burnt. They don’t even know how to cut a pizza. If I were you I’d drive the extra 10 minutes to a different location. Pizza is always soggy too.

There was hair BAKED INTO my pizza. I called over and over with no reply. I had literal hair in my mouth, and I know for sure it’s not mine since I have very tight curls. This is disgusting and disappointing especially after waiting for some time.

Poor customer service! Cashier was rude and parking lot is terrible. I won't be coming back. I left without ordering my pizza.

They go out of their way to make the pizza incorrectly. For example, change the pretzel pizza cheese sauce to pizza sauce. Or no pepperoni. Or Parmesan cheese instead of salt. Or random cuts but only through the toppings, not the crust.

They do a bad job at making pizza

Still a horrible location.this my pizza.salt every where but the crust.called (not the first time doing so), I pass here at 9 on Wednesday every week, I start calling by 8: 40. They never answer the phone, I called while in the store and heard the phone ringing, to be told, after I asked "why the phone was not being answered, they don't answer after 8: 30, that's a unwritten policy, are customers know that. I wanted a hot and ready, I was there at 9 pm. Told to wait 15 minutes. Cashier told me he was also busy with the delivery truck. I been there enough, same time on Wednesday, the delivery guys do there job, they don't need the cashier/order (NO) filler. I didn't wait, back home in Detroit, there is always a hot and it's ready. Who owns this location?

This location seemed friendly enough. We purchased pizza to feed the homeless. They did not work with us on the cost but nonetheless it was all good.

Chile the pizza was uncooked.i got a thin crust pepperoni (like how you uncook the crust it barely got) and then some slices in my cheese pizza was doughy.don’t be afraid to add a lil crisp.

The pizza and the people or the young lady I should say who helped me out was amazing. But the location of the place that parking lot no.

Lol at the whole place. Esp the young skinny and young big spanish workers taking 15 minutes doing correct math after a dude gave them 50$ he probably been scamed so many times he was making sure not that time. Luckily I only was there to get a hot and ready but certainly not for me because I would never. How many monkeys does it take to screw in a light bulb? Any ways if you getting pizza for others or yourself dont go here youll be inconveinvent some how some way and the one of cashiers breaths stunk bad so wear a mask if you dare visit
