Little Caesars Pizza, Houston TX

The level of service was OK, but the order that I placed was not
I ask for extra beef on my pizza, but to me, I did not receive it
The manager said I was given two scoops But it did not look like it
They just lost a good customer

Ordered online, tracked order. Arrived on time. Thirty minutes in line, two cars gave up. Sat at window for five minutes before someone came out of an office. "Uhh what did you order? " So even though tracking said it was made, employees have no clue about the pizza? Guy behind me is honking and honking, obviously fed up too. Waited again while they went to make the order that the online tracker says is boxed and ready! Don't waste your time OR money at the Fondren location. It's now 50 minutes in line and waiting for the pizza to bake. Ten minutes to go and I'll have been here an hour for a pizza that was supposed to be ready between 9: 00pm-9: 05pm. Yes, I would've left the line if I weren't boxed in.

Employee was letting manager know she wasn’t doing her job and they argued for a bit, forcing him to count a register before taking an order. 45 minutes after opening time…. He saw I was paying with a card and after 20 minutes of watching them count a register it was time to leave.

I ordered about a year ago and it was a horrible experience. Just ordered through GrubHub and I will have to change my review. 5 stars all the way!

It is a fast food place with little hygiene while the customers are asking for an order the workers are in the back smoking marijuana it is not recommended to visit them

Don't I repeat Don't go here service was slow and food was not cooked thoroughly also was given the wrong order. Maybe it was a bad day it was on a Sunday evening.

Placed and mobile order to pick up in the drive thru because it was raining and I had my baby with me. Got there set in the drive thru for 10+ mins. Ended up having to tote my baby through the rain to go inside. I asked them if the drive thru was open the lady said yes and I told her that I had set out there for a long time and no one came to help. Anyway picked up my order and I had ordered stuff crust pretzel crust pizza (they only made it regular it didn't have stuffed crust and it was lopsided with thin crust on one side and thick crust on the other) ordered crazy bread (that literally were as thin as a cracker) and cheesey bread sticks that came out normal. I'm am definitely done with this location I will drive the extra 10 mins to the better locations. I know these are cheap pizzas but this location just doesn't care about their products or presentation of them either. Honestly surprised this location is still opened.

Terrible customer service, employees stop selling before close time. Not to mention the way the African American guy speaking to customers, we aren't your boys to talk to us with your ghetto language. There's a boundary that shouldn't be crossed at work. Plain laziness from the employees making the owner loose money.

Hispanic guy with tattoos making pizza with no gloves on sweating and wiped his forehead, I walked out without ordering

Never fast. Lady behind the register super rude. Just close it down already. It's always a problem here.

This is the worse location I’ve been to. The guy/girl worker in the front is extremely rude, unprofessional, insensitive, and does not want to work. About 5 people were waiting for their order for about an hour and after one lady finally spoke up a gentleman that drives for the store stepped in to help. Pizzas were literally just sitting in the back and the guy/girl worker said/did nothing. I had to wait for my pizza to be remade because by the time the guy stepped in to help it was cold. I was waiting for an hour and a lady that was waiting for 7min came and left before me. If the motive is money why would you employee a person such as the one that worked the front today. (Light skin guy with glasse and hair.) He is making you lose business. Read the reviews. Fire him. Hire people that wanna work. No matter the area everyone deserves human decency. Do better. Thanks to they guy that stepped in though.

This place has become horrible with the new staff is just ridiculous wait time is definitely not hot n ready AND ALSO that JAYLON dude always wants to fight when people ask about the order and it’s honestly absurd to see. Please do better get better staff and A REAL MANAGER ON SITE

0 stars horrible customer service, is it really a manager on duty, waited 45 minutes then they pass me a cold pizza in a soggy box. Hire a whole new staff that want to work.

Workers were rude and had attitudes because they was running behind. Did not want to show face at drive thru window for service

People in here waiting 40+ minutes for their orders. Guys working so slow. Taking their sweet time and laughing/ joking around like they shouldn’t be hustling. Come on, man. Only reason I gave two is because of nice/ courteous cashier. She was pleasant. Rest of experience was bad.

I am very disappointed in my pizza order. My pizza was very hot and not the way I ordered it. My wings was burn and my crazy bread had some type of yellow stuff on top of it. This was a horrible experience.
