The girl that took my order was young and did not have good customer service, but my order was correct. It was not that she was rude, she was just a little shy and maybe needs to be in the back making pizzas. She was not very inviting to be working at the cash register.

Extremely Unprofessional, my order was wrong and they were insisting that I had said the wrong thing when I know what I am ordering. Had to place 3 different people on the phone to assist me and even then they couldn’t assist me. I most definitely will not be going to this location anymore.

Ordered one pizza that took over 30 minutes When i was told it would take “11 minutes”. It took me standing up and saying something for them to start making the order when it wasn’t even busy. It seems they forgot about it. I ended up asking for a refund as waiting 30+ minutes for one pizza when other people came and went is ridiculous. Won’t come here again. Staff were making side comments to other customers as well

Order was late. No one wore hair nets or gloves while preparing the pizza, or cutting and putting it in the box. 4 moths later, gave them another try. Pizza was late again.saw one guy in the back dancing while no one was a the ringing phone. Then the did not get my order right. I asked and paid for pepperoni stuffed crust. I get home to see they gave me regular stuffed crust. I give up!

I just left this store after ordering a sausage pizza and a crazy combo. I received a pepperoni pizza and although I SPECIFICALLY asked that the crazy bread not be overcooked it is hard as crackers. It’s not possible to give 0 stars but that’s what I’d give the food. Then you can’t call because the line is busy! Considering it’s 102 degrees outside today I guess it’s just a loss of $11.89 of which the girl didn’t even give me my change back. Normally they ask or wait for you to say keep the change, but that should’ve been an indication that this store is having a hard time.

Online Ordered 13 Pizzas for 50 Junior High Youth and Chaperones to serve at the park by 6 Flags.

Pizza was HOT & READY at the requested time and they provided paper plates.

Will definitely order again when we return to 6 Flags with our Youth Group.

This place is a scam. They double charged my card for another order I didn't make after I left and when I called to see what happened the young employees just laughed and hung the phone up in my face. Now I'm waiting to here back from corporate. Them young people at this location are in there running scams with people's debit cards. Don't patronize this location.

They make the pizza fast and it's great. But can it be a little ghetto and ratchet in there with the attitudes. It's the hang out spot with the school kids.

Quick and easy way to order and pick up. The pizza however is underwhelming. The toppings to crust ratio is really off. Prices have gone up and the toppings have become less and less. I feel like if I spent a couple of dollars more, I would have gotten a "real" pizza at the other pizza places.

Horrible customer service. I walked in and had to wait because the young people were just running their mouth. The person that Finally acknowledged me didn't even apologize for having me stand there waiting and there was no line so that is ridiculous. Hire better staff and teach them exceptional customer service.

Ordered pretzel pizza. Made with the wrong dough. Manager to young. Young kids working in there put salt all over the pizza.

Picked up a pizza. Kids started eating and complaining about being so hard. I'm guessing this pizza was old and now that I think about it they gave me thin crust instead of a regular pizza. Been trying to call the store but no answer.

I must say I was very disappointed! I went last night for some pretzel crust pizza and they gave it to me, it was just regular crust with big chunks of salt……. This is not the recipe I remember…. And I was sooo looking forward to enjoying the PRETZEL crust!

This place is horrible! I got the wrong order and the order I did receive was not cooked! I called and had my receipt and they would NOT REFUND MY MONEY! Horrible be aware!

The pizza there has been getting worse over time. I rarely go now because the pizza looks dry and old when you get it.only went this time because I had a coupon.

Ordered 2 pizzas under the same name and had receipts but they only gave me one saying I didn't order the other even though I showed then the receipt for the second one

The food was good but the person taking order didn't greet the customer and didnt Gave the three sauces for three crazy bread she was arguing with another customer. Very bad service
