Little Caesars Pizza, Lumberton TX

One of the ovens is always broke. Complained several times to corporate and still nothing gets done. I'll be going elsewhere from now on! Ordered at 4 online for 5 and it's 6: 30 and no pizza!

Staff is rude when you tell them that your order was messed up or burnt, but the manager made it right

Extremely upset with the way my order was handled. Placed an order earlier in the day. Told the employee, ordered 3 large pizzas, was suppose to be ready at 5: 45. Got there to pick up pizza at 5: 45 just to be told the pizzas weren't even in the oven yet. Had a 6: 00 Christmas Party, so had to cancel my order, as I couldn't wait for them. Not sure I will be getting pizza from this location again.

Use the app! Lol. I always check order status before I go, yes it is a long wait, but when half of Lumberton ordering pizza there. You'll have to pay more if you don't want to wait. Good luck with door dash haha

Not much on the supreme pizza didn't get my dipping sauce I had to buy extra for what kind I wanted and then getting my my regular dipping sauce people are not friendly at all that waited on me

This Little Caesars is so nice and clean I love the order online and get a code and just pick up from the front. I have to say Little Caesars in Lumberton Texas is in style.

Maaan. I ordered my pizza 2hrs ago and they still ain’t had my pizza ready. Definitely TRASH. Go somewhere else or just make your own pizza

Delivering for doordash experience is always or for the most part good! Particular delivery the order was canceled

Very well made pizza. Only if woman cashier was not so unapproachable. She looked like she hated being there. And was annoyed that she had to take my order.

Is it possible to put negative stars? The front counter woman that apparently was also a manager was the single most incompetent and unfit manager I have ever seen. Went in for a simple single order of crazy bread was told it would be 30-40 minutes so I went out to my vehicle and placed an online order 25 minutes later and the order tracker had not moved and yet I sat there watching as they were cleaning trays and nothing but pizzas were being placed into the oven, having worked there before I know it takes a grand total of 8 minutes for bread to go through their oven when I went in and asked about my order she went back to check and I watched them say they just started my order that they were “backed up” which was a lie as I had been watching the entire time. When I called afterwards to talk to the manager about the situation she said “oh well we have multiple places that orders are coming from” and no attempt at fixing the problem or doing anything about it. Horrible customer service and management!

I recently visited and while the service was ok, I couldn't help but notice that some of their employees could improve their hygiene practices. It's essential for businesses to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and this includes the appearance and personal hygiene of their staff. I hope that they can address this issue to enhance the overall customer experience.

Great for the price, not always the most consistent food or service. I've had poorly made pizzas here before but not often and for the price hard to complain. I've had them forget my marinera sauce before and had to come back, but other than that it seems like a well run staff. Restaurant is clean inside as well.

Is there a reason why the thin crust CAN'T be cut like normal? The way it's cut drives me crazy, I don't like it, but have to deal with it.

In my opinion I love the place. The workers are always friendly and have great customer service, The food they make is fresh and they are always busy and prove that the food is great. They keep up the great work.

I’ve never used the pizza portal because it’s never been ready when they said it will be.
Get ready to sit down and wait for your pizza…every time!

Always hot NEVER ready

Lobby is hotter than a steel playground at recess.

Pizza is never ready even when you order ahead (app or phone, they are inclusive to both having the same amount of wait time as if you had walked into the store and ordered at the counter)

Cheese pizza seemed under cooked, which actually came as a surprise to me considering the wait time on it.

Pepperoni was alright but did have a few over done spots, which is also surprising assuming they went in the oven at the same time.

The crazy bread was short and basically rolled into a ball in the bag, something tasted off about it.

Staff attempted to at least let everyone know, 45 minutes to an hour wait, no matter how you ordered your pizza.

So since the price increase at little Caesars, you can probably get a pizza elsewhere at the same cost.

And probably less of a wait time, with probably a cooler lobby.

It's unfortunate that the workers have to work in such heat, could be why everything was moving so slow.

Never hot and ready pizzas. Always a 20min wait that turns into 45mins every time we come here. Staff aren’t very good either.
