Little Caesars Pizza, San Antonio TX

I used to go a lot to this location, but now after I found a long piece hair strand in my pizza they lost a loyal customer. I got the hair strand stuck in my throat. They should shutdown this place for food safety violation absolutely disgusting!

They disable the ability to order wings on the app because they don’t like making them. When I asked, was told, “well you can order them now. ” Dude seemed really put out about the whole thing.

There's no drive thru, but staff knew I had an online order & the pizza portal worked with codes typed in the machine.

They make up their own pricing.hot and ready pizzas are priced higher than any other store

I order pizza or just pick up their ready-made pizzas, all they do, everything is take-out. Pizzas are good, service is always friendly. Altogether a reliable stop for quick, delicious pizza.

Food isn’t the greatest but that’s more of a franchise issue not really this specific location. Customer service is usually pretty good, at worst the employees just seem tired but honestly same. Hot n ready option is convenient even tho the pizza really only tastes good for the first five minutes.

My hands were super dirty, and I wanted to wash them before eating pizza, but was not allowed by the employee, he showed me a handwritten note on the door for employees only, and after that said sever bad words about my mom who went to the bath without seeing the notice. I probably can agree that a restroom of business in the restroom shouldn't be for a bomb from street, but if you business for a customer I think it's not right to write on the bathroom door for employees only, and close door, I remember that before restroom was open for the customers, I hope the owner will fix this problem.

If I could give 0 starts I would. In the 2 years I have lived in helotes, I am never able to get ahold them by phone. And now they gave us RAW pizza

Inedible pizza. Typically never have an issue but 2 times in a row I have gotten pizza from this location with so much cheese it is inedible. Ordered the deep dish and there was literally dough then a layer of cheese then sauce then another layer of cheese. Absolutely disgusting.

Hot & Ready pepperoni pizza and don't forget the Crazy bread, in and out, made my evening.

Ordered food was sent to the wrong address. Called Little Ceasars and they said it wasn't their problem. Gave me a number to door dash and they gave me a number to the hotline for Little Ceasars. No one wanted to help me. The driver left the food by a closet door. No way to contact and tell them i dont have my food. No one wanted to take responsibility. Order from a pizza place that have their own drivers. Door Dash sucks, Little Ceasars customer service is horrible.

They didn’t even have hot n ready. What is the purpose of the hot n ready if you dont have it ready? Bad customer service too.
