Little Caesars Pizza, Lewisville TX

Placed an order online spent $30 including a tip on pizza and it was delivered to the wrong. I contacted the driver and she argued about having delivered to the correct address and that I needed to make sure I enter the correct address when ordering next time when I provided the correct address to begin with. All of my mail and other deliveries come to my address with no problem. I sent a pic of my door and she ended up delivering it with attitude and mouth poked out but I no longer wanted the pizza. I took the pizza back to the store to have it made again and the owner tried to charge me to make one of the pizzas over again. I stood on my word and stated that I was not paying for it again. She advised that I won't have to pay this time but if it happens again, I will have to pay. I will never order delivery or carry out from this location ever again!

The food wasn't bad but they have no customer service skills. I asked for napkins in a bag. They look at you and they put Napkins on top of the pizza box. Then they get a bag and Then they ignore you and go to the next person. This has happened more than once.

Cancelled my order through their app, and then refused to answer the phone. Attempted to contact the store several times. Absolutely pathetic!

Very good customer service and when it comes to ordering they don't make you wait so long, they are very attentive when placing orders.

Got the hot and ready pizza and it was actually it was super fresh the customer service was great at this location, they were friendly and quick

I needed 15 pizzas and they were ready within 15 minutes. Great service and the pizza was good as well.

This location makes the best pizza. I know the ingredients are the same at all locations BUT this one is sooooo good the crust is baked at the right temp and time OMGGGGG! Management and staff GREAT JOB! They deserve an increase Thank you for your great hospitality

The place was crowded, service was slow and the food was dry with hardly any sauce and cheese. The Pizza was over cooked. This is the First Little Caesar's that I have visited since moving to Dallas, Texas.

I've been trying to contact them for a week now. The number provided on the website is not good.
I placed an order and realized I opted for a pick as opposed to delivery, I called to cancel the order and re-order no one ever answers the phone. I'm out of my money and have no pizza.

About what you'd expect from a Little Caesars, the main problem for me was that I had ordered a 2 liter drink and was told they were out so I had to get a subscription or they couldn't do anything about it, maybe an app issue that should be fixed but I would imagine they could have refunded the remaining amount of they didn't have what I wanted, outside of that pizza was the normal pizza not bad

Food is good like always. But the crew is a bunch of lazy kids that don't do much. I waited for like 5 minutes before anyone came out and I was the only customer

Poor service. My pizza wasn’t cooked all the way either smh. Zero stars is what it deserve sick of it. I’ll drive a extra 10 minutes to another location.

Must be understaffed but don't even be the only family standing in an empty lobby for 45 minutes. They'll just keep ignoring you.

Best Crazy Bread! Slightly underdone which made them the best texture. I was very happy in my bread coma for the evening.

I've visited this little ceasers twice since moving back in the area, and I must say, after 3 years of being away, they're the worst little ceasers ever. Either little ceasers have gone soft on the ingredients, or this location is terrible. The food is tasteless, and the sauce has no flavor anymore. The crust tastes like paper. I might take up on a different location.

I don't need atmosphere.but there's nothing wrong with it. It's just old and dreary. My son loves the pepperoni/cheese sticks pizza. The price is right, and the taste is good.

Super small store. Having to wait at this location is cramped if there is any sort of wait it's a struggle to find standing ground.great pizza though. Gotta love the classic

I have been telling people about this Little Caesar's cheese bread. How fresh they are. I was wrong. The cheese bread looked like been sitting in the warmer for hours. I had to force myself to eat because I was so hungry.
