Little Caesars Pizza, Fort Worth TX

Good pizza at a good price. Getting in touch with their service department is insanely difficult though.
We had to make an edit to our order and we called the store, then were told to call the online support team who told us we needed to call the store. Around and around we went, only to end up back with the store.
Felt like the phone call was a nuisance to the store, which I understand! Especially if I paid a remote group to field calls for me. I think the online group needs some work if they are trying to reduce restaurant complexity.

This is a good store to get your favorite pizza's. This is for the Wichita & old Mansfield HWY. Not the one on Lancaster & Oakland.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza from Litter Caesar, and it was delicious. Customer service friendly and the General Manger is awesome I would definitely recommend this Little Caesar for everyone to enjoy

My friend and I went there once and everyone working here were teenagers that were acting very immature and were screaming at each other. My friend also left his wallet there with around 300$ cash and he went back a week later to ask if they knew where it was and it turns out they had the wallet but all the money in it was gone, I wouldn't be surprised if they took it by how immature and inappropriate they were acting.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food is ok for what you pay. No dining room, only take out.

There is a really rude woman African American who works there. I asked if she could take my order in person and she said I had to order online. I knew that wasn't rude she didn't want to do it. Then I called the store back and asked if they took order over the phone or in person he said yes he was nice so I told him that the black girl working the counter said she couldn't with attitude. And said I've called corporate and let them know. The girl has called me back to back after telling her I'd call the cops for harassment she stopped. I knew she would don't go here just don't!

Horrible customer service.
Went in to pick up a pizza for my boyfriend. The black woman who was working there was very rude when I asked for zap paks. Basically went off on me and freaked out insisting they were out.
First she said they were out of crushed red pepper packs but had zap paks. I got to the car and saw she'd given me the red pepper (basically slammed them on my box as I was leaving) so I went back in cuz I was confused. She got super mad and was REALLY rude! Major attitude problem.
Also tried to insist that she gave me a jalapeno dip that was clearly not in the bag.
The only reason I asked twice about the zap paks was cuz my bf said there was a really rude woman who works there that doesn't know what they are and he'd had to ask for a manager in the past. I'm certain this must've been the same woman.
Got home with no zap paks but thankfully was able to get my dip after much arguing. Food was okay.
It seems this chick has been a problem for a while now. Concerned that nothing has been done to fix this issue.

Friendly staff greeted me in a timely manner, despite how busy they were on a Friday night, nonetheless. They had genuine, heartfelt smiles, kind words, updated me on my order almost immediately upon entering, invited me to come back. This is the kindness that's lacking so many places these days. Thank you for satisfying yet another customer! THIS is how loyal customers are bred. A little appreciation and clear, honest communication goes a long way. My boys were beyond happy with food quality and speediness. Thanks again, y'all!

I recently had a disappointing experience at Little Caesars. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, but when I got home and opened the box, I found that the pizza was undercooked and had barely any cheese or toppings. It was clear that the pizza had been rushed and was not made with care. I didn't call or complain because I'm not always in the mood to resolve every single problem. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of the pizza. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

On 03/31/2023, I experience the worst customer service, I've ever experienced in my life that also left my daughter visibly shaken up.

We order a CHEESE PRETZEL CRUST online for pick-up. The order was made incorrectly, when we tried explaining to staff that the order was wrong.
The staff was rude, dismissive and disrespectful, stating it was an online issues. "Contact customer service! That's an online issue! " Contacted customer service by phone&text, but they'd already closed.

If my daughter had just been allowed the opportunity to show her order confirmation that showed the order was made incorrectly. I wouldn't be writing the review.

But instead, staff insisted on making something as simple as making the correct order into a very uncomfortable experience.

Note: After an emotionally, unnecessary back and forth with staff, the order was made correctly, but you've loss us as valued customers.

Pizza was made incorrectly just as other reviews explain. I will not visit this location. They have am actual sign inside the store that says that just because they showed up for work, all of us customers need to be nice to them. That is so funny. That's why people around this area believe they are something. Over here at a Pizza shop expecting respect. That is hilarious.

I'm trying to tell you white settlement LC's don't got NOTHING ON THIS ONE Bread sticks are LC traditional pizza is hot and on point bet anything try it and put it to the test there 3 miles apart but a world difference

This is my second time coming to get a pizza and they close. Today I came at 7: 50, the employee outside socializing as I open the door he stops me talking bout they close. At they either need to change the time on the door and website or hire better employees. And also I could see 2 hot and ready pizza I ask can I jus get one of them he gone say naw.
