Little Caesars Pizza reviews
17 My pizza was burnt ugly in the middle
And I tried to call to talk to the manager I called 4 times at 9: 20 not a Single person answered. I’m a regular here now we ain’t coming over here no more South university it is. SMH
Michael was working the cash register and was super nice! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. 10/10 really great staff:)
They lie about how long the pizza has been in the warmer. And are rude when you ask about it
Probably the worst pizzas I’ve ever purchased from this location. Ordered at 11: 12 am on the app. Picked up at 11: 32 am. The Faceronni doesn’t have 100 pepperoni and very little cheese. Lots of dough bubbles. The Detroit style has a similar lack of cheese issue. Being from Detroit it is important. The cheese is supposed to be all the way to the pan. There should be no bare crust and should have burnt cheese on all sides. This location has been going down hill lately. I will be driving to a different location from now on.
I got a pepperoni pizza with 8 buffalo sauce wings. Susan, was friendly and the pizza and wings were both delicious
They picked up the phone and hung up (just so it wouldn't ring anymore), then I called back and they put me on hold and then hung up on me, and then wouldn't answer phone at all when I tried several other times. I didn't even get to speak to anyone past telling me to hold on. EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude! I finally had to Door Dash my order since no one would answer the phones. Train people better and learn how to multi-task.
These guys have been upping their game! We’ve order a total of 10 pizzas in the last 2 weeks. And both times they have got it right! Thank you all for some great pizza!
My special order was going to take 10 minutes so he said I could wait in my car and they brought it right to me exactly 10 minutes. Great guys!
This poor young man working all by himself and is still nice and courteous. Shame on management for 1 not being there to help him and 2 not to find him help. He deserves a raise never lost his cool. Think his name is Brandon
Great place however they forgot my sauce with it for my crazy bread I thought it would be inside box like some little Caesars but wasn't but besides mistake great place.
And only other thing is they didn't double cut as asked
Did an online order of Pepperoni Extra Most Bestest and breadsticks combo. They did really well. We stopped coming to this location cause the pizza crust tasted old and stale, but today, the crust was fresh. It hasn't been like that in a long time, and the pizza was cheesy. Will try them out again. Hopefully, they keep it up!
The guy that works there don't know if he management or what but every time we go in he has a great attitude. By himself today and very hard worker pizza still great over all of your the owner you need to keep employees like him
Food tastes okay, but the wait is always a minimum of 30 minutes for just an order of breadsticks. What happened to hot n ready? Not to mention the guy behind the counter handed someone else their food and just walked to the back without at least taking my order.
I always get the basic pizza here for my daughters. They are 5 and 2 and they like the pizza. The wait can often be a bit long and I feel like the price for just a basic pizza is a bit much for what you get but it's the cheapest in town still so I take it anyway. The price used to be $5 and it has since increased to about$8. (If my math serves, that is over 50% of an increase due to inflation. A bit of extortion in my opinion) I like to add a bit of cheese on it when I get home to spice it up a bit. If you can manage to get here outside of normal meal times, the wait is usually really good.
Poor kid in the front is running back and forth trying to help everybody while one person in the back eating and another person in the backs on the phone yet our wait time is 30+ minutes
Very very stressful place. Nothing is ever ready, tasty or worth the stop.
Never enough staff ever, managers lack of staff and time management skills make for a long wait and a show. Smh. Avoid the drama go to another one. Worth the drive to avoid.
The little kid at the front counter didn’t want to make me a lunch special because it was after 2pm it was only 2: 12 heck if she knew anything about business she would say OK and take the money helps bring revenue to the store but I guess she’s too lazy and didn’t want to do it all the other little Caesars do it that I’ve been to this is first time that I’ve ever experienced this. Poor customer service for not taking care of the customer maybe I can’t finish a whole pizza yeah I know a whole pizza is five dollars a lunch special was also five dollars but heck I’d be throwing away the rest of the pizza cause I’m not gonna eat it all so instead of waste food I’d rather just have the little four square pieces of pizza. Great going employee of the month
