Little Caesars Pizza, Houston TX

Waited 45 mins for 3 pizzas only 2 other customers in the store but they had 7 people working so sad

This location geta worst evry time. Will never buy again. Ordered and paid more than $5 for sausage pizza, and really not exagerating. IT hardly had any sausage. This is outrageous, and this is called skimping on portion and stealing from consumers!

Terrible Customer Service. They never answer the phone, always have to do an online order so i can be able to have my order ready on time. And even if the app says ready, they take 10 minutes more.

Asked for pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. Should've checked before leaving but instead I got cheese pizza and the young lady at the register was quite rude and speedy. Cut me off in the middle of asking my order and told me of the price.

I was offered a crazy bread & not a crazy combo & when I asked the cashier bout my free crazy combo he told me that crazy bread & a crazy combo was the same & TRUST ME ITS NOT!

We paid for 2 $9 pizzas and we got the $5 pizzas. Waited 20 mins for them! I get that you were really busy that day but we also had a hard day. Now we are trying to call in our orders and they are hanging up on our calls. Can't even order on line! You guys really need to get it together. Very disappointing.

I don't understand little caesars I asked for a large 5 meat pizza with jalapenos on one half "sorry we can't do that". But you have Jalapenos? "yes we do" then put them on half the pizza! "we can't do that sir.it's not on the menu". We can sell you the jalapenos for 1.50 and you can put them on? Lazy

They made a mistake on my order but i wasnt rude with them about it. They were happy to fix it then also gave us free bread sticks. I was very happy with the service. Everyone was nice. Mistakes happen no big deal. I come here all the time and that was the 1st time they messed my order up. I will definitely keep coming back

If you dont mind waiting 10 minutes every time you come here.ok. I mean every time. They get busy and run out of hot and ready pizzas or u have to wait for pan pizzas. Dont bother calling in an order youll still have to wait in line.

I calling and calling for 20 minutes NO one answered. $&@%€£ why put a telephone # and u don’t answer.

Had to wait "5 minutes" for a pizza, took over 20 because they gave my pizza to the next customer they were delayed by remaking an order for a school they messed up on, and forgot the sauce for my breadsticks.

I come to Little Caesars because of food is reasonable and quick my biggest issue getting there and having to Wade through the bums drunk homeless people bumming off me after smelling them I don't even want to eat my pizza and it's not just a Little Caesars on Richey it's also the one on Red Bluff

It was o.k. The location I wasn't to happy with. Food was good. But never again on Richie, in pasadena.
