Little Caesars Pizza, Austin TX

It's pizza, the employees at the east will cannon location are always in a bad mood, stay away from the there!

Delicious food. Pick-up area, hot like a sauna. Employees, 5 star in spite of the heat. Parking, like a bunch of roaches before the light comes on!

Ordered a pizza at 5pm for delivery. An hour later the driver said the manager said that it already was taken. I spoke to driver and said no it wasn’t according to delivery status. She went back to manager and the manager told her that it’s not their problem. Four hours later I get an update notification saying it was delivered at 9: 30 pm. 4.5 hours later after I was asleep with a pic of it on my doorstep in the dark. Called store and manager told me it was my fault and wouldn’t refund me my money. The pizza was inedible. Terrible management and business ethics. Don’t buy from here. Go elsewhere.

Gave them another shot 2 weeks later. I was drunk and hungry. Big mistake. The driver dropped crazy sauce all over my porch and left it. Texted me after delivery that she dropped it. Stained my cement red and the walls where it splashed. Terrible restaurant and employees.

People just made cuz they got their order wrong. I work in customer service and the past 4 times I’ve been here employees have always been wearing masks and gloves.
Good food. Good attitude for working so late making pizza

Usually great pizza. I love the amount of cheese I usually get. This order was fast but, far from the usual product I'm used to getting.
An extra most bestest hardly had enough cheese to cover most of the slices and what was there slid off on the first bite.
If this is the "new" product then, as I see on these reviews that they will be loosing quite a few customers.

The ladies here are so nice, efficient and friendly. The dudes, well, they're always in the back so I dunno what they doing, proably the dough n stuff. Eitherway, Great job Y'all.

They don't answer the phone so you can't even pre-order your food, and we ordered the most bestest pizzas and they looked awful, some of the slices didn't even have cheese on them there was hardly any sauce so it was dry there was nothing extra about them except the price. It sucked and we felt sick after eating it

Worst experience ever. I went Saturday at 1: 00pm and the manager said they can't sell me a Deep Dish because specialties are only for sell after 4: 00. Then he said to the employee that she cannot aks to prepare me a fresh Italian bread and to sell me the one that was for over an hour in their warmers.

Food was good, service was not.ordered online and still had to wait 20 minutes after stated online time.

Horrible service. Horrible time management. Horrible management. Surprised this place is still in business.

First of all, the staff was very nice and attentive to the front register.some LC are not. Secondly the new thin crunchy pizza is AMAZING. It's now my favorite. When I can in the wonderful young lady pulled my pizza out of a heat oven and it was like magic, delicious pizza instantly.thank you

Employees are rude. I asked a question about my order and he only used one word answers. Acted like it was a imposition to help me. So i left and won't go back.

Call ahead ordering is useless. Called ahead 20 minutes before arriving. Waited another 30 minutes after getting there.

Crazy bread was drenched with butter therefore they were soggy, pizza was fair. I have over 20 years in the business so I'm quick to judge when product could use some improvement.

I placed an order and when I went to pick it up they told me they didn’t have anything under that name

Store is messy has flies the employees dnt knw how to fullfill orders and manager dnt seem to knw how to take charge

Will never stop there again when you stop to the order pizza or the employee to his fight each other go to the back and fight and don't even take your order how come corporate office they never returned my call so Little Caesar's off my list I give him a zero star rating
