Dr. Cox and Tammy are both so wonderful! They get right to the root of the problem to take care of your pain issues. My husband and I both go and couldn't be happier with the results.

Dr. Cox is so fantastic.he will joke with you but he is very professional and friendly.he is currently working on straightening me out as i have a hip that is crooked and curved and his treatments are really helping.he will crack your neck and will tell you he didnt feel a thing, lol.i would recommend him to anyone if you want the job done right.

Everyone was nice for my first time to be there. Dr cox went above and beyond. Even though I'm still in pain from my lower back (sciatic nerve) I'm going back in 2 more days. I would definitely put dr cox and the entire staff way over 5 stars. If you need a chiropractor this is the first place you should go.

I aggravated my back again after having problems over the years. When I first went to Dr Cox I was using a cane just to move around the house. Indeed, healing is a process, but I'm handling the pain much better now and am encouraged by the progress. The staff is warm and upbeat and appointments are efficient and effective.

Wonderful experience! The efficiency and simplicity of this office is AMAZING! I wish all offices ran this well! I had a shoulder blade pain well over a year and finally went in to have it assessed. Dr. Cox’s quick assessment, adjustment and treatment plan=no more pain. In and out, and pain free, what more can you ask for? I would highly recommend them!

My neck was constantly giving me trouble because of the extended screen time working from home. After 30 years of working on computers now having pain in my wrists, I was referred by a coworker to go to Little Elm Chiropractic as an alternative to surgery for carpel tunnel. Also since having COVID 6 months ago, haven’t been able to smell. By my 5th visit, I can smell again and I’m having much less issues with my wrists. Thank you Dr Cox and Tammy. I’m really a give the stars kind of person. But for these guys I’ll leave some words because they are awesome! They are relatable and easy to talk too and very professional and passionate about their work. Just on entrance they address you by your name. You’re not just another patient. Doctor Cox is extremely transparent and provides you with all the information you need to know when it comes to your health and even information you’re just curious about. Scheduling my consultation/X-Ray was the best decision I have made for my physical health and just all around health period. I’ve been seeing them for over 2 yrs now and the neck and lower back pains I used to experience are none existent! I highly recommend them!

Hands down the best Chiropractor I have been to. I went in with a very stiff neck. Within a few visits Dr. Cox had relieved the neck pain and had me on a road to feeling better.

Little Elm Chiropractic has the best staff. They were quick to get me in when I was in pain. I felt relief after the first visit and had a treatment plan to realign my problem area. They are always welcoming and upbeat.

I have always been one to avoid going to the doctor's office or seeking treatment, just hoping my ailment would go away on its own. Dr. Cox does a thorough examination, really listening to what your problems are, and creates a treatment plan accordingly. I had tightness in my back and pain in my shoulders/neck area, and within a couple of sessions, I felt like a completely different person! Each session, Dr. Cox checks my progress, and addresses any issues i am experiencing that day, and I actually look forward to my treatments, which is not something i ever thought i would say! Tammy is awesome and has been super helpful with the many questions I throw at her, and along with Dr. Cox, they are the dream team! Dr. Cox and Tammy have been great to work with! Tammy fit me in right away for a pinched nerve I was having in my neck. Dr. Cox thoroughly explained each step of the process from reviewing my x-rays to the treatment plan with costs up front so there were zero surprises. Not only is my pinched nerve fixed, I have less pain my hip. My lower back pain is gone! Going to a new chiropractor was scary for me but Dr. Cox put me at ease and now I've even had my 11yr old son adjusted. Tammy is very helpful with the insurance, scheduling and providing any other documents I needed. The environment is very clean and welcoming.

Before our first visit in 2018, we both suffered from frequent back problems that we had seen other doctors about without any proper diagnosis of underlying causes, but getting adjusted regularly has resulted in so much relief that other doctors were unable to provide.

My husband no longer has back pain, and has significantly less neck pains. And I rarely have pain around my shoulder blades after long work anymore, as well as no longer feeling the need to be constantly trying to pop my lower back throughout the day.

I have been having upper neck and back issues for years. Dr. Cox created an individual treatment plan for me after x-rays showed major concerns.
