Eye exam was efficient and friendly. Ordered my glasses from here and they were ill fitted, and while they don’t do refunds they did allow me to do an exchange which was nice.

The optometrist, front desk staff and assistants were friendly and professional.

Their examination was thorough and they explained each procedure to me.

They managed to schedule me in quickly due to potential emergent concerns with migraine headaches. I appreciate their kindness and care, and highly recommend this office and their professional staff.

Loved the doctor and staff! Very kind and efficient. Picked up my glasses less than a week after my appointment. They are perfect, came in a case, and had a cloth and cleaner. Very happy with the care I received!

I do not recommend coming here. The positives: the doctor was very nice and seemed skilled. Two of the assistants were very friendly and capable and put in effort to make me comfortable. I had to have a frame replacement because of discomfort which they did help me with, and they got me in for a second appointment to help determine why I was uncomfortable, which was great. The negatives: if you select frames that become uncomfortable and return them, they will not refund you at all if you select cheaper frames. More importantly, the two ladies who work in the frame selection area came off as consistently judgmental and condescending, so having to work with them was really uncomfortable. When they spoke to me, it felt like they thought I was lying or stupid. One in particular questioned what I was trying to tell her about the frames hurting my nose and repeatedly pushed back on what I was trying to explain. I won’t come back to this eye doctor.

Little Elm Eye Care is a highly recommended eye care facility that provides excellent service. I have been going to Little Elm Eye Care for 4 years and have always been happy with their service. I always receive a prompt reminder for my appointments and there is usually not much waiting time once I arrive. The staff is friendly and the doctor is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all of my questions. The facility is clean and modern. I would highly recommend Little Elm Eye Care to anyone in the area looking for quality eye care.

Amazing team that not only stayed after closing but also booked me in at the last second when I got something stuck under my eye lid when doing yard work. It hurt every time I blinked and they were able to help me quickly and effectively. Super super grateful for all they did!
