Little Explorers Pediatric Dentistry reviews
16First time going with my 9 month old. The staff was so welcoming, made any nervousness I had go away. The Dr was quick and gentle with my little one!
Dr. Bash is great. He answers questions and is informative. The hygienist (s) are thorough, make recommendations and make up for a great team with Dr. Bash! Front staff is friendly and welcoming also.
I was delighted with the attention my son received. All the staff are very friendly and make the children's experience like a game. Everything very clean and perfectly decorated. 100% recommended.
It was my kiddos first dental work visit and they were amazing kept me updated if I asked answered any questions I had and just overall made us feel welcomed and heard!
Thank God to the dental ladies and gents that help with kids all day. My son is going to ask every bit of 100 questions and they answer them all. I literally have to tell him 'that's enough'. I love that they can unapologetically them without judgement. And they've been coming here since they were little lads.thanks very much guys
WOW is all I can say. Had my sons 1st dental visit here and it was nothing but welcoming and inviting. From the initial phone call booking, verifying insurance and even walking in the front door. The way the staff spoke to my 4 year old was amazing and in a way he could understand exactly what was going on, from X-rays to cleaning to seeing the doctor it was a phenomenal experience. Thank you guys! I wrote this when my dude was 4, he's now 6 and we still love this place!
While I love the staff/Dr. Bash and the new office space is spacious and beautifully decorated, I’m not a fan of the layout. The middle section where everyone gets their teeth cleaned together is very loud. I couldn’t hear what the hygienist told my young daughter about areas of concern or where she needed to brush better, etc. If you have a child who is fearful of dental offices or doesn’t want others watching them get their teeth cleaned be prepared, there is no privacy at all. All the other kids/siblings can watch you. And sometimes siblings are just running around the area while waiting on their brother/sister to be finished but I worry that one of the hygienists might get bumped while instruments are in my child’s mouth. That’s more of a parent issue needing to reign in their kids and not controllable by the staff at all but still a concern of mine today while watching a boy run around. Just wish the common area had more walls or partitions for privacy and volume control. But the staff are wonderful! Love Jackie!
This place has amazing staff, everyone is very friendly and you feel welcome! Been coming here since my daughter was 3 months old she is 8 years old now. Dr Bash is amazing too. My daughter has never been afraid she likes her hygienist she is very friendly and caring. Here is a picture when my daughter had her first dentist appointment she was 3 months old. Dr. Bash checking her gums
We never wait to be called back. Staff are helpful and unrushed, but efficient. Appointments are quick but thorough, and everyone is so nice. Being coming since my oldest had his first tooth and he's almost twelve now.
Holy Cow. The best dentistry for kids in round rock. I am beyond impressed. I cannot believe how kind, quick, and amazing the atmosphere and people are here. I cannot say enough great things about this place. My appointment was at 3pm they called me back at 2: 40. Did both of my children at the same time. Wow. The place is beautiful. Amazing murals. We came from Brident Dental on Mays and that place is a horrid nightmare… Thanks Little explorers. Dentistry done right
Staff is always so nice and understanding. My daughter tends to talk a lot of complain and lately the patience they all have has ease her mind so she does so well now!
The process of scheduling and the people are always very nice. My kids feel very comfortable going every time.
Staff are always professional and friendly. My kids have had no issues with them. Having the monitors mounted on the ceiling makes them love the experience so their cleanings always go smoothly. We have been going to Little Explorers since around 2019 and have been very happy with them.
Very professional and friendly. They make the kids feel comfortable and explain everything they are doing before they get started so the kids don't feel so scared.
I hardly give 5 to anyone. But I love professionalism, personality, how quickly, and quality of the work they did. They make Nerves kid feel comfortable.
