Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, San Antonio TX

My daughter and I walked due to a wasp sting that was causing an allergic reaction. We were seen right away. Everyone was very attentive and prompt. My daughter was at ease seeing how much care and attention they were giving her and keeping her comfortable. I want to give a special shout out to Ms. Patsy Rodrigez for making sure we had everything we needed for our home care procedure!

My daughter has been a patient there for quite some time now. We did go to a new location which was the Fredericksburg location because it was closer to us. We got there 30 minutes before closing with the expectations that they were going to turn us down because of the time it was and I expected to get rude employees because I knew that it was late, but I was wrong. There was three ladies in the front office that greeted us with a smile with no hesitation and were very professional, and with no hesitation, to see my daughter knowing that they might be staying late. These front office ladies help me tremendously then we went to the back and the provider that saw her was amazing and gave my daughter the treatment that she needed and saw her with no rushing took her time. They all took their time with us and I will definitely go back. This location has employees that love what they do and take pride in what they do and you can see it thank you to your Fredericksburg location your provider and front office as well as back office. They were all extremely professional extremely nice and thank you for all you do and for the hours you stay open for working mothers like myself. Thank you. God bless you all. I wanted to let everyone know about the little spurs pediatric urgent care the staff at the front was very nice and helpful and the nurse Ma Rafaela was so sweet and helpful in fact all the nurses were really nice and Dr Saunders she was very helpful and patient, really listened to what was going on with my child I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my child when she needed help. The office was very clean and very decorative to keep little ones entertained while waiting which wasn’t very long of a wait. Highly recommend thank you very much for the great experience

I took my little one in, despite having to wait 2 hours to see a doctor (which is the norm because I did go after work hours so understandable) I do want to recognize Dr. Fernando, he went above and beyond in providing outstanding care to my daughter and me during our visit to the urgent care. His helpfulness, understanding, and patience were truly commendable. He took the time to thoroughly assess my daughter's condition and explained everything in a clear and reassuring manner. His kind and compassionate approach made a stressful situation much more manageable. We are extremely grateful for his dedication and expertise. I was very frustrated due to a fussy baby and waiting so long but after seeing Dr, Fernando my mood definitely changed due to his outstanding performance! Thank you so much. I will be returning!

This a great place to take your kids, the staff is friendly. The pediatrician was great with my daughter and called me the next morning regarding her fracture. Thank you little spurs pediatric urgent care.

Waited in the waiting room for 50 min when asked why they skipped me for a walk-in they said I don’t know. Came because I heard they were fast this was not the case. Plus side the doctor was nice and knowledgeable

Checked in online with all insurance and documents and arrived to a completly empty waiting room. My son and I sat waiting for half an hour while they did the admin part, even though everything was pre submitted. Then got to sit in a waiting room in the back for another half an hour only to find out they only have 1 provider and they were stuck doing some procedure on some other clinic they share sides with. The front waiting room staff were very polite and had absolutly nothing to do with this negative experience but the actual business is at fault for understaffing providers and hurting the response time at an "urgent" clinic. Long story short, there is nothing urgent about this place. We ended up leaving after the staff claimed they had no idea how long the provider was going to take doing the "procedure". With medical care facilities around here in abundance I reccomend you save your valuable time and go else where for equal or better service in a shorter amount of time.

This location (connected to wonderland mall) they were sweet, efficient and worked quick when checking us in. The physician was awesome she took her time with listening to our concerns and was super kind to our 1.5 year old which had an ear infection and pink eye with a non viral rash. She asked questions to rule out any allergies that was causing the rash. Listen to past medical history since our son is scheduled to put tubes in his ears so ear infections are common with our lil guy, she made sure to take in account his current medication he’s taking. Saying all this that’s what physicians should automatically due but from plenty of past experiences that isn’t always the case. I usually don’t write reviews but thought this time why not, I left feeling heard in my sons health conditions and felt confident that he was treated well medically and professionally. From past doctor appts I have left feeling confused and still needing to ask questions to better understand what was going on with my child. Happy to say my son is on his way feeling better.

Wonderful, friendly and caring staff! Also very quick. I came with my son as a walk-in and was seen within 20 minutes and that was with two people ahead of me. Would definitely recommend.

First time here made our appointment online and was seen a few minutes after we arrived. Wait was not long whatsoever, checking in is done online as well so it made everything super fast and easy. Staff was also super nice and welcoming! 10/10 experience!

Always so efficient and easy to get care for my children! The doctors and the PA are patient, friendly, and informative. I go here more often than the pediatrician! Highly recommend this location or the one off 281 and Evans.

Perfect! I’ve never experienced a long wait, everyone is SO nice! All the staff have always made me and my daughters laugh and feel welcome.

Great staff. Quick and helpful. Only problem is that their waiting room is always so hot. Literally sweating the most in there. But other than that, they always do great.
