Fast, friendly, and professional! I definitely recommend this clinic for urgent care needs.

I went to Little Spurs today with my son who ended up having strep throat-No wait, saw someone right away, tested, diagnosed, treated, out the door in under an hour both times! Thank you to the amazing staff!

The care that my son received was exceptional. The provider took his time in listening to my sons problem and was very specific in the treatment plan. I would highly recommend this clinic for your child's needs.

I used Solv to set up an appointment, made it about 15 minutes before appointment with three people ahead of us. Quickly got us in and seen by the Doctor right away. Smooth and easy. The nurses and front desk were friendly and the doctor was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend for urgent care!

I usually am very happy with my experience at Little Spurs, both the Selma and New Braunfels locations; however, last night I was very frustrated. I felt the Dr was very dismissive of me and my concerns. I was concerned my little one had pink eye and wanted him to take a look. I knew that my baby had a cold and that medication wouldn’t help with that. After taking a look at my son, he said he had a bad cold and some eye redness, despite the fact that there was green gunk all around his eye and coming out of it. He said he didn’t really see another cause for the fever. I told him that my main concern was his eye. He said he would prescribe an antibiotic for his eye BUT he never actually diagnosed him with pink eye. I have to assume that this Dr would not prescribe an antibiotic unless my son actually needed it BUT it kinda felt like he prescribed it just to shut me up.

Friendly staff, asked if we had questions and then answered thoroughly. Cared for my child professionally but in a way he would respond with great interaction.

The providers and ma’s have always been amazing here. The receptionist Mary could definitely use some customer service training. I’ve come in contact with her twice and she’s been extremely rude to me both times and tried to grossly overcharge me the first time and was too lazy to properly verify my insurance the second time so she did overcharge by $130 and wouldn’t see my kid unless I paid. When I told her that was not the correct amount she said “I’m not going to argue with you. ” I have never been treated so poorly by anyone really.

My family and I walked in because my son cut his eyelid on a toy. I was very appreciative that two members of the staff verified that they could treat the cut due to location.
The nurse who completes vitals was very sweet and caring. We were seen in a good time frame by the provider and he was very through in giving us instructions moving forward to reduce the chance of infection. Highly recommend.

With urgent cares, sometimes it can be a hit or a miss with wait times. Sometimes it can be out of their hands. If you go to their website, it allows you to schedule a walk in appointment. (It doesn’t guarantee no waiting, but it helps)
The front desk was welcoming, and kind. I thought I had already met my deductible, however, they printed off documents to help show me where I was at.
The doctor arrived quickly, listened to my questions and concerns and greeted my little with lots of enthusiasm, yet comfort. She was very helpful, and reassuring, explaining everything out.

Also, I can’t forget the cleanliness, very clean.

I’m happy to have found a pediatric urgent care for my kids from this point on.

Staff, MAs and NP were GREAT. I was skeptical with it being an urgent care but everyone was super friendly, decent wait time for a walk in situation and over satisfied with our visit.

Really appreciate all the staff, they were kind and genuinely cared for my kiddo! Highly recommend

The sign up was easy and quick. Communication with the staff was amazing. We were seen quickly and had our concerns listened to without judgement. The treatment plan was discussed effectively and we felt like a partner in the entire process.

Very caring staff and the process is always efficient. Our PAs listen to our concerns and take time to answer all of our questions. Our nurses and front desk staff are patient and excellent and we can’t recommend Little Spurs enough.

The nurses and doctors were very friendly and helpful. Wish we went there under better circumstances, but they made the experience a pleasant one. We will definitely be returning if need be and will recommend others.
