Little Tyke Learning Centers, Weatherford TX

I had called requesting information about the center. I arrived today and the center manager was really RUDE and dismissive. Assuring me my son was on the waiting list without even knowing my name. Pathetic.

It saddens me to see this negative comment. I happen to love my job and the place where I work and it hurts to see those I work with under attack but to also see a loving family so upset by this situation. I can only say that I was there on the day in reference and I witnessed no inappropriate behavior from any of my co-workers towards a child or a parent. I think tensions and frustration are high and that leads to upset parties going to social media outlets to vent their anger. I have known Little Tyke to always take all concerns and complaints seriously and to follow up appropriately. I can only hope at this point that this is a good lesson learned for us and the family and wish only the best for both.

Management is completely unprofessional and does not truly care about any child’s wellbeing. When bullying occurs, it is disregarded and victims continue in their abuse and then ridiculed and picked on by the director herself. Even when a little girl was touched inappropriately the director blamed it on the little girl. The director of a child care center should be tactful and caring of ALL children. Ms. Lisa pulled my child and I into the same room and proceeded to terminate our enrollment and call my child a liar and tell her that she is not innocent. This is all because they cannot manage one child’s behavior (who has been touching little girls inappropriately, hitting them, and holding the bathroom door shut on my daughter while turning off the lights) ; my husband suggested a meeting with the parents because we are fed up with kids getting bullied and nothing being done. I do NOT recommend ANYONE come to this facility because your child’s best interest and safety is not their number one concern. I was not going to go public for this but because not one person in this entire company is caring to return our calls they have left me no choice. This woman should be fired and the center needs some serious evaluation. Children deserve to have someone on their side to love, educate, and protect them at all costs, sadly that does not occur here.
