Mike at Live Lean Rx is fantastic. The reviews I read are spot on! I purchased the starter pack to see if my actual numbers matched the "expert calculators" for RMR, VO2 Max, and body composition. Not surprisingly, the calculators were way off. Mike ran the tests and explained the process as we went. Then he explained the results and how I could use this information to tailor my macros and workouts to achieve the best results. The tests produce highly relevant information, but Mike brings it all together in an easy to use format. I will definitely repeat the process in a few months.

I had an appointment with Mike at Live Lean, and it was a pleasant and informative experience. I appreciated that he was still able to accommodate me because I did not confirm the booking text to lock in the date. I'm sure another clinic would have had me re-schedule, so thank you for your generosity. I came in for a base line to hopefully get the information I needed to prepare for 2024. I would highly recommend a consultation with Live Lean to be able to get an in depth Dexa and RMR scan for the price that is available is definitely a win.
