I ordered a shirt that was on clearance for $10. It took over a week for them to send shipment information. Then once I finally received shipment information, literally the next day I get an email that there was a “technical” error and provided me a refund for the shirt. They also provided a discount code for the site however little do I know, I go back on the site and the same shirt was on the site for $35.

It’s not that they didn’t have the shirt, they basically didn’t want to honor their customer the shirt of what it was advertised for. Which is a shame, I was left without a shirt because the business wanted to make sure they get their money. As a small business owner, you should learn from major businesses and honor the price you advertised it for instead of penalizing the customer. The right thing to do would be to send the product to the customer of what it was advertised for, take the shirt down from the site and then put it back for the original price. I’ve never seen a company do this before. Morally wrong. Now I no longer trust to ever purchase anything from this company.

Never received my order. Turns out, A LOT of people never received their orders. They said they are a small business and they had a delay. If that’s the case they should refund everyone’s orders that they can’t fill. Nor should they be selling it if they don’t have the inventory.

I have been ordering various sports and non-sports related items from LLG since 2015. I love their products and wear them time and again from sports themed sweatshirts to hoodies to tunics and beyond. I have purses, earrings, tumblers and hats from LLG as well. I’ve also given items as gifts. If you are looking for a speciality item check here first. And be sure to sign up for emails and texts as specials are constantly going for must haves.

A small business with the KINDEST business practice. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Live Love Gameday as a whole, Sydney especially, go above and beyond for each customer! Great customer service, high quality gameday gear, and affordable (CUTE!) stuff. I recommend everyone shop here for all your gameday needs!

Ordered a blanket months ago (August 28th) and keep being told that the shipping is in progress. No updates unless I reach out.

Due to this being my first purchase with the company, I would HIGHLY recommend NOT buying from this second rate online merchant.

I love this store! I have been shopping here for years. (I have 10+ items.) It is NOT a scam site or a store that steals others designs. I have watched the owner grow from boutique to store front. Being a mom of a college football player, I wanted styles that were elevated, and I found them here. (My favorite, not so much my son's, is "I Only Raise Ballers" sweatshirt.) The quality is always good, they send great discount opportunities (via email) and I have never had communication issues. Yes, SOMETIMES shipping can be delayed but in this day in age, that happens everywhere.even Amazon. Be a good consumer and read the descriptions and be honest with your sizing. Understand that this is a small business ran by the owner. If you want something fast and cheap, jump on Amazon. If you want cute and special, buy here. You can buy from this site with confidence (and no, I do not receive a kickback).
