Live Oak Apartment Homes, Georgetown TX

I put 5 stars so someone will see this before moving in. I don't even live in this place but the amount of complaints I have heard or seen from people who do live here is unreal.i mean Georgetown in general is losing its apple to stay here, yall need to work on management and take your residents more seriously.i see trash all over that place and the utilities that constantly go out and no one is on top of it.its too hot out side for ppl not to be having their ac not working and trash piling up around their doors.disappointing for real

Five stars for the management who tries her best and absolutely none for the Lead Maintenance who is unprofessional and will lie to get a resident a leasing violation because you call out his bad behavior so he will say its disrespectful. He laughed off the safety concern for my 14-month-old because of issues with a missing baseboard (yeah those are nails out of the wall) and part of the wall falling off (note the metal corner frame showing). While I envy the three neighbors that I saw move out this weekend all I can say is think twice before moving in here as I wish I would have had more time to check reviews first. We have only been here since mid-February and have been without AC three times (on move in day it wasn’t working) and twice since, had to throw out four fridges worth of food because they kept “fixing it” after it would freeze over and I would wake up in the morning to a hot fridge, and of course the wall and nails. The management does the best she can but without proper support there really isn’t much one can do and unfortunately without maintenance nothing gets fixed in a timely manner and their “corporate maintenance manager” is a crook, keep cameras in your home if you plan on living here, I’m thankful I do.

Great customer service very clean and quiet. The people are friendly. I hope to be a resident of this community. I’m new Georgetown TX so for it’s been a great experience here. Thank you live Oak for giving great customer service. Looks like great and clean community.

So let me tell you about living there, I did move out of state recently this year but these ladies have helped me a lot. I was in an abusive relationship during the time I moved in, when my ex left, it was me and two kids and I barley had an income. They were so patient with me even if I was late on rent. Nothing was wrong with management, it’s was mainly neighbors… a lot of folks fighting 24/7 and leaving trash out but that’s about it. Yes maintenance was a bit slow on things but when they came in they definitely got the job done! I had a spacious 2bd 2bth! I loved the size of the kitchen and the apartment all together! This is a newer complex, there’s going to hiccups.
