Dan and the team came in and helped me inventory, photograph and then auction a whole bunch of furniture and other items from my home. Great people, and while I can always wish I got more money for a lot of my stuff, Dan marketed it aggressively and I got what the market was willing to pay, so I'm satisfied with the results. This is the BEST way to sell your stuff, I'm convinced, and I talked to a bunch of other "estate sales folks", Dan was most responsive and did what he said he would 110%

The Oaks Auctions has now completed the first part of my 3 part Estate Sale online. It has been a fairly harrowing task, but Dan and his team have been very professional and easy to work with.
My house and barns were all a mess, and I am still living in the house. I think that added a bit of a challenge for the workers, but they have worked hard and have taken into consideration all of the issues that I needed addressed.

The first part of the sale was very good. The sale, online, started out kind of slow, but on the last day was exciting to watch. Some items that I expected would bring higher prices were not quite as I expected, but other items made up for those losses. It was very interesting.

The owner paid me within 72 hours of the end of the sale and now we are preparing for the next part!

I bought a few items already from LOA and what you see is what you get. Dan and his team always make sure everything you need to know about the item is listed online, if you have any questions he will gladly answer any of your questions and concerns. The team he has is super friendly and the customer service is 100%. I definitely recommend others to check them out and take the time to go through the items they put up for auction.
