I been a patient of Live Oak Oral Surgery for a long while. I followed Doctor Michael Gliddon from Lawton to Wichita Falls. It’s about 45 minute ride, but the best care is so worth that drive. The staff is awesome, always feel like seeing friends. Doctor Michael Gliddon has always treated me with professional knowledge and the most of care. He comes in smiling, confident and puts you at ease. After a few (a lot) dental implants not once have I needed pain medication after surgery, that’s amazing to me. They call and check, such care for their patients. Just got done with the last 2, so happy with the outcome. Going kind of miss seeing them, but I don’t want to jinx myself. My smile is pretty and I am a very satisfied patient for sure.

Dr. Gliddon and staff were professional and friendly. They made sure that we understood the procedure and gave extra care to making sure we understood a post-operative care plan. Called us the next day to make sure my son was recovering well. Took care of filling insurance and explaining costs.

For someones first experience getting wisdom teeth taken out the staff was very friendly and took very good care of me even called me the next day to check up on me. Still healing but hardly any pain. Highly recommend Dr Gliddon to anyone needing work done.

I cannot thank the folks at Live Oak enough for working with me in getting my dad’s tooth extraction taken care of. He has a lot of health problems and these kind of appts are difficult for him but they really worked with us to get him done all in one day and my dad had a great experience- said he didn’t even know they did anything. Amazing place! I was so so nervous the day of surgery and let out a few tears. Dr Giddion and his nurses hugged me, gave me words of encouragement and made me feel so safe.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Gliddon at Live Oaks and I was very pleased with the entire team. This is my third child having this surgery but my first experience with Live Oaks. What a difference! The entire team is professional and courteous. The work they do with insurance claims is phenomenal ensuring the best reimbursement. The administration team really know their stuff! I love that the paperwork can be completed online but I believe it can also be done in person for those with limited access to the internet. I highly value their emphasis on informed consent and truly appreciate how they handled this aspect to ensure you understand the risks vs benefit in a neutral way. Bedside manner was excellent as well from both the doctor and his assistants. The best aspect was of course the surgery itself. Dr. Gliddon's work was fantastic and my daughter is recovering quickly on the second day and only required Advil and ice packs on day 1 with the heat packs on day two. I realize every surgery is unique but I cannot convey enough how much easier this experience has been compared to prior experiences. THANK YOU Live Oaks Team for a job well done!
