We love living spaces! The kids love to play if I stay w them. This last time we left them while we bought 2 chairs for 50% off in the outlet area knowing the ladies who watch them are not good with kids. Found out from my 9 yr old once we left that my middle boy who is 6 & on the autism spectrum got placed in time out for being excited, loud & jumping. I do believe every child needs to follow the rules but the oldest lady also told my 9 yr old niece that she has a problem with people. Who talks to children this way? She has been grumpy every time we bring our boys which is not very often. The other girl was rude to my niece for yelling out to her cousin when she arrived to say hello! I hope these ladies get placed in another area bc they are not good with children. Other than this small issue we will be back to shop!

We purchased a large couch we were able to design ourselves. Thought that was great and the sales rep told us how they make it so strong. Within 6 months one of the cushions ripped at the seam. The fabric has seemed to really stretch and the middle cushions are starting to sink. As well as the pillows that came with it are flat. The couch is NOT worth the over $4000 dollars we unfortunately are paying on. Just now at a year is showing so much wear!

Customer service is horrible. We drove over an hour to see two items that the website very clearly shows to have on display at this location and were given, “yeah the last customer drove eight hours” when they didn’t have it on display. The employee then decided to walk away like she couldn’t be bothered to help anyone. If someone drives eight hours to see something that you don’t have, perhaps you should put some effort into updating your website! We will spend our money elsewhere. What a joke and waste of time!

Didn’t deliver our sofa on the day we paid for delivery and won’t give us a new delivery date or refund us for the delivery fee

This place is huge, the furniture is decent. They got a bar & a jungle gym for the kids. I bought a dining room set & a couple of dressers.

The worst delivery ever. They promised to deliver a bed for 70 year old man. They were going to deliver it between 6-midnight on 12/30/22. Waited and waited. Nothing. Then I get an email from Lucia Rodriguez tell me that the delivery men were outside my home and we were not. Lie, lie.they weren't. We were home all evening and no one ever came. They never called me or texted me. They lied and delivered NOTHING. So we slept on the floor. Sorry, sorry service. I will never purchase anything from this store ever.

Attentive salespersons and I thank them for having handicap scooters available for shoppers. I enjoyed my visit.
