Edited: My 80 year old mother had a bumpy start but she is very satisfied with the staff and, so far, pleased with the device.
I would also like to specifically mention Amanda. Mom needed help with directions and Amanda went above and beyond. Thank you for taking care of my mom, she really needed hearing aids.

Dr Thomas and his staff are the best. Always cheerful and welcoming each time I visit their office. They knew just what to do to reset my hearing aids and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I recommend Livingston Hearing Aids Center in Cedar Hill Texas to all my friends and family.

They are so caring and they make you feel comfortable. Smiles are always on their face. They never pressure you into getting anything, they allow you o make your decisions even if it not the same day you were there. Livingston hearing is top 10 in my eyes.
