I had great experience with Eric Townsend. He will work with you and adjust your hearing aids to perform for you. Staff is really sweet.

The staff was very polite and easy to work with. Eric Townson was very knowledgeable and understanding to my needs, he didn't push this or that, he listened and helped me get the hearing aids for me, he explained the different devices and what was best for me. He explained the different tests and how they work together for a better quality of hearing for me. I would truly recommend Livingston Hearing center of Garland, Texas to anyone who needs help getting a better life for hearing.

I came last Thursday to try get my hearing aid fix and they couldn’t fix it so they had to sent it off. They told me it’ll be back by this week and it did i was very impressed. If you need to purchase hearing aid or anything I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

Staff were very knowledgable and did a great job during my initial appointment. Customer service was excellent. I highly recommend them!

I have been going to Livingston to see Alan Durbin for 3 years. He is so knowledgeable about what he does. Whenever I go there I always leave hearing better than when I went in. He is very kind and honest. He doesn't try to push anything on me, just tells me the facts and makes suggestions. I am so happy with any experience I have had here. Caroline is very nice also. I go to the office in Garland, Tx.

Erick Townsend provides excellent professional and knowledgeable service. He is very personable and took genuine interest in my needs. His office staff is the same. I have used sevral hearing aid providers over the years and Erick is the best.

From day one, the service and care my aunt has received is exceptional.
Ashlyn is always professional, friendly, and helpful. She always work us in for an appointment for the unexpected issues with the hearing aids.

I went Livingston hearing Aids in Garland Tx today and Dr. Erick Townsend was great he know his job hearing he made me feel so comfortable he does a great job and the office was clean young lady greeted me when came in I would recommend anyone having hearing problems go to Livingston hearing aid in garland they make u feel good when you leave u know someone caring did a great job.

I had a wonderful visit at the Garland location. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

I had concerns and fears about hearing aids. To be honest I was embarrassed. But all that was put to rest after my consultation with Mr. Erick Townsend. He examined my ears and explained what I was experiencing. It made me feel better about what I needed to do for myself today to hear better in days to come. I was introduced to the wide variety of products. I had choices and that made me feel good about getting what I needed done now and not later!
